Microfiber Shower Curtain in Loris

I bought this curtain to replace a vinyl one I had used for several years and could no longer get clean. I was trying to eliminate sources for mold in my home. This one gets very, very wet, but seems to dry quickly. It never has that 'I've been damp' smell. The colors are bright a little loud actually, but there is no more mildewy smell, so I don't care.

Shower curtain came quickly and was the colors that I had hoped for. It was exactly what I wanted and seemed to be wrinkle free.

InterDesign Peva Retro Shower Curtain Set, 70 by 71-Inch, Lime

The print on this shower curtain is lovely and there aren't any scratches or other issues with quality of the print. However, the actual curtain is very very thin...so thin that the curtain clings to itself. Since the curtain is often damp, I find that I have to physically detach the bottom part as I try to close up the shower curtain. It's a minor hassle, but one I have been able to avoid with thicker PEVA curtains. The smell is truly minimal and only noticeable for a few hours,tops. The set includes matching rollers as well, which was unexpected but welcome. All in all a good value but I won't be repurchasing due to the flimsiness of material.

The designs themselves look great, my issue is with the metal.Right out of the box I noticed they were a bit flimsy; some of the hooks were bent back against the shapes.Not a big deal, though, I was able to bend them back without any issues.What baffles me is the fact that we've had them for only 3 months now and the metal on the hooks are covered in rust.Why would they design something that's obviously going to have some amount of moisture on them and not treat the metal or at least use one that is more resistant to rust?

Annoying... but again, the designs were what we were after and they look great.

I had some beautiful seashell shower curtain hooks in the past. I changed from the ocean theme and I guess I got rid of them. Now, as I redo the bath again with a return to the sea, I was hoping these would be similar, but they're not at all.

Rather than the pearly surface I liked so much before, these have an almost chalky finish. Sort of as if they were made of plaster. Also, these are are quite large and thick compared to the more delicate and light composition I prefered. Yet, they have that very thin hook that doesn't go very far around the rod and so comes off too easily as you open and close the shower curtain.

Still, looking at these head on, so you don't see the odd, chunky, clunky thickness, they are somewhat realistic looking and kind of pretty, and may be just what someone else is looking for. Just not quite what I'd hoped for. I'd give them 3-and-a-half stars, but since I have to round, I'm rounding down due to the functionality problem.

I am so torn on these hooks, as far as how I feel about them.

First, yes they are big, not huge, but bigger than any other shower hooks I have seen. They are nice sized though.. not too big, but nice enough to be more of an accent to the shower curtain. I was happy with the size actually. They are a little bulky on the curtain and rod and will kind of clang a little as you open and close the curtain.. not a big deal or downfall, but just something to get used to when using a bigger decorated hook set like this.

The wire hooks are a little on the thin side and seem cheap. Most all of them were not glued in place properly and were crooked. So if you would have hung them as is, they would hang lopsided, sideways, etc. When you try to straighten them out, the hot glue which was used to secure them in the hole comes loose and you can tell that eventually the hook is going to come off of the shell. I would imagine it is going to be easy to repair them and add some more glue to fix them when the time comes.

All of the designs look pretty good EXCEPT the starfish. I was really disappointed with those! They are accented with a really bright, ugly yellow color like McDonald's yellow! I was really surprised that noone else mentioned that in their review. It is not attractive and does not coordinate with my beach colored bathroom, but they might fit in well with someone else's colors, maybe. They look really fake and odd. Starfish are not bright yellow striped obviously so it looks so unnatural and just plain tacky. I am going to try and maybe take some brownish paint over the yellow to cover it. I really debated sending these back just for the appearance of the starfish alone, but I will try to cover the yellow because I do like the rest of the shells and I think they look nice. Overall, (once the yellow is gone) they are functional but also very nice accent pieces.

The conch shells are really neat looking in my opinion. I really liked those the best.

The sand dollar is really bland, not much color on it at all, but again, if you're crafty you could work with them and add some color. Sand dollars are pretty plain anyway, naturally.

The regular seashell was a little bland looking too. Just a slight little bit of color on them.

None of them are glazed in any way. They are like a dry, porous ceramic or clay. For longevity of them, I would probably put a little laquer on them or a clear spray paint maybe. I am not sure yet how well they will hold up to the elements if they get wet, damp etc. I only received them today.

So, on one hand I am happy with certain aspects and certain designs, and on the other hand there were some disappointments, but I *think* I can put forth a little bit of effort and fix the problems (the yellow on the starfish and the faulty hooks).

Maybe my expectations were a bit high, but given the price I was expecting a nicer quality. the image is very nice looking but the actual material is very cheap.

I am returning this product...for one it's black and white, not brown as it is pictured, and CHEAP! It is the weight of a liner, not a real shower curtain. Super thin. You will be disappointed.

My husband is from Brooklyn and when I decided to remodel the bathroom I wanted to make it unique so that when people came in they would be in awe. This curtain is absolutely a must have for the contemporary yet modern bathroom! The detail from the bridge is so awesome and to top it off on the left of the bridge there are the Twin Towers. That brung me to tears to be able to have such art in my home.

Butterfly Garden Shower Hooks - set of 12

These are super cute in person. The only reason I gave them a four is because they have little wire antenna's and they snap off super easy and when you don't pay attention like myself you snap half of them off before you even notice. Unless you really get close and investigate them though you don't notice so I don't think any company would notice.

This is a beautifully made, quality shower curtain that says it is resistant to water.However, when my daughter used it in her shower (I gave it to her as a gift) the water actually penetrated the shower curtain, causing the water to go all over her floor.She used it as I would have, as a lining for use inside the regular outer shower curtain.It is not recommended for that.Better to use it for looks, as it does not repel water!

I'm sure the product is fine but the information as to need was terrible. When you buy the shower rod you are told you need mounting hardware. Amazon lists products purchased together and shows this bracket and the decorative stepped bracket thus insinuating that you need both brackets. I am now stuck with this industrial bracket because I used the decorative bracket. Amazon needs to correct this and make clear that you either or bracket and not both.

Stylemaster Tribeca Faux Silk Grommet Panel

These curtains do a good job at maintaining privacy while letting light in. The fabric is very light and of good quality; people love to compliment them. A little wrinkled out of the box but a quick iron or drier session will do the trick. Very satisfied with this purchase!

*Disclaimer: You get only one panel per package!! The picture is misleading!! It comes with only one curtain, you need to buy 2 to make it look like the picture!!*

The curtains are nice, but they are on the thin side. Almost like the weight of a garment or dinner napkin. In some ways this is good, because they can be pulled back tightly and aren't voluminous enough to take up a lot of room on your wall. On the other hand, they aren't ideal for temperature or light blocking. You could add a grommet-ed liner, but then there are too many grommets on the rod and it gets hard to push them. I suppose you could sew one in, but it wouldn't be pinched in the metal grommet, so it may look odd from the outside. I left mine the way they were...if I needed lined curtains, I would have bought those....and I would have ended up paying much more.

They aren't overly thin or poorly constructed, so they do hang nicely. The fabric is sort of a slightly nubby texture with a nice satin-y sheen. I feared the "sand" color might end up being gold...but it isn't. The grommets are a rubbed bronze color (I was expecting silver to match my rods) but I just used them since they still look nice. I have only hung one pair out of four so far, and the lengths match nicely. (I will update this review if there are any panels that are cut incorrectly.)

Don't FORGET, the back and forth pattern of hanging the grommets takes up some width...so don't expect two 56-inch panels to cover a 100-inch window. You will need at LEAST 1.5 x your width, and more like 2 or 2.5, if you want to retain some fullness when closed. And it seems a thicker rod will take even a little more from the width than a thinner one. (I actually sewed two panels together on each half of a wide window...so I had to buy four for that one.)

Overall, very happy with the quality for the price. These aren't custom made draperies, but they are much nicer than many things I have seen for a similar price.

the courtains are as shiny as you see in the picture, but they are not the same color that you see. They are not that bright green or emerald. I even went to an store to check different colors of curtains, and the color that I received would be considered an olive color. Very formal or proper for a living room, but defenetly not what I was seeing in the picure. A good idea would be that they would send a fabric sampler before you buy them.
