Danica Studio Shower Curtain

I waited months for this shower curtain to arrive (on what seemed endless backorder) and had almost reconciled myself to never receiving it. But over the weekend, Amazon came through and it arrived today.

It's awesome. I love the Odyssey print by Danica (enough to have purchased three bags, four tea towels, and one small tray with the pattern, and have been fighting the urge to buy the matching mugs) and since I've had a nautical-themed bathroom for years, it was just perfect.

It came in a cloth reusable bag that has the info about the shower curtain on one side, and a small panel of the print (featuring the mermaid) on the other. Another bag -hooray!

My only concern is that the button-holes don't have grommets, so I'm concerned they may tear over time.

This shower curtain is beautiful and of great quality. I have a nautical themed bathroom and I was looking for the perfect shower curtain. I definitely recommend this curtain. This curtain is also featured on ModCloth and Urban Outfitters for at least $10-20 more so definitely purchase it from Amazon!

I've spent MONTHS looking for the perfect shower curtain that would fit the styles of both my male roommates and me, and this was by far the best style. The design has a great, hand-drawn picture book feel to it and the colors are neutral enough to go with both modern and traditional bathroom styles.

Quality is pretty good the design is printed on cotton canvas, and is a little thinner than the West Elm shower curtains I've gotten but I am very happy that I waited for this to come out of backorder :)

Urban Outfitters sells this curtain with a $20 mark-up!!! Considering you can get this also with free 2day shipping with Amazon prime, it's kind of a no-brainer...

I'm of two minds on this curtain. On the positive side, it looks great in my bathroom, and really ties the room together. On the negative side, though, the quality isn't great. The fabric is a pretty heavy cotton, which is good, but when I've had to wash it off (more on that in a minute), it's pilled up even after I just blot at it with a paper towel by hand. The colors are also slightly different than I expected (the lines are blue, not black), and it has a weird smell coming out of the package that took a week or two to fully dissipate. The worst, though, is that the curtain's come to me stained, twice! I ordered one from another popular home-furnishings site that had small brown and red stains all over it, including a fairly sizable red ink mark, so I returned it and ordered one from Amazon instead. The one from Amazon was better, but still had some small stains on it right out of the package. I kept it because I really do like it, but considering that I can get a shower curtain at Target or Wal-Mart for half the price with no stains on it, I'm not thrilled with my purchase.

the shower curtain arrived in time and was just as the seller stated. it is a good sturdy material not to thin like some liners can be. it is very cute with my christmas decor in the bathroom. id have like it more if i spent less money on it but after much looking around i liked this on e the most and i think it will make it worth the money in the end due to quality and looks.

Online shopping is sometimes challenging in that you can't really get the essence of the product by looking at a few pictures. The Swanstone FSC-32-010 "Premium" Fiberglass Free Standing Shower Cabinet was anything but "Premium".My guess is that is fairly priced but it is of such low quality and appearance that I can't imagine anyone using it for their home....may be best suited for some type of Commercial or Factory setting but not anyone's home.I had to have it removed and replaced.

I bought another shower first and it was way too flimsy. This is great in a basement or even garage. Could be used outside for rinsing off and drain the water into your lawn or garden. I also added the glass door which made it look even nicer. Nice and sturdy.

Sunset & Water Grass Shower Curtain - 69" X 70"

I placed the order 9/21, but did not receive the curtain until 10/6/12.

After seeing the photo and receiving the framed tile, I was looking forward to getting the shower curtain. Unfortunately, the curtain DOES NOT look much like either the photo or tile.The colors are brassy and hash.The curtain looks like someone decided to do a painting of the picture using a plate knife without bothering to do much blending.Since I have painted in oils with a plate knife and brushes and copied pictures and photos, I think that the company should have taken a photo of the actual shower curtain so you can see what you are actually going to get.

Since only one of the three curtains I purchased matches the colors in the photo, I will not be buying any more.Other buyers have already mentioned the colors not being the same as the photo, the $25.00 restocking fee, and you pay the return postage, so I will just have to live with my disappointment in this purchase.

Noticed that the company has raised the price of the curtains another $10.00.

The chrome is heavy and good quality but this s-idea design did not stay on curtain rod. The lightweight shower curtain just pulled it off the rod. Also got tangled with each other. Time spent putting them back on,disentangling them,or picking them up to replace on rod and in curtain. Pincher or claw-like much better. TGIF Bathroom Bath Shower Curtain

It is so cute and the colors are perfect! Exactly as they appear in the picture. Product came quickly as well. It is clear tho so if you share a bathroom and are not comfortable naked beware! It's shaped for a bathtub and i have a shower stall so i folded it in half and included my old white liner and put that in between. Works great!

Pinzon Hotel Stitch Shower Curtain

It didn't shrink as to size, but the trim became puckered and the shower curtain needed ironing to look good. Sorry, but with my busy schedule I am not into ironing anything. Due to this, I downgraded from 4 stars to 3 stars.

This shower curtain is a true white, with double black sewn-on trim running the entire width about 6-1/2" away from the top and bottom.The corners are not weighted.The holes the rings go through are made like button-holes (no metal grommets). Even though it's 100% cotton, the wrinkles came out easily after hanging a couple hours in my steamy bathroom (straight from the package). I'm not sure why they named it Hotel Stitch, but shower curtains like you'd find at a nice hotel come to mind.I recommend a liner as this isn't waterproof this liner is a good choice and the price is right: Croscill Fabric Shower Curtain Liner, White and the Croscill liner does have the weights and grommets which are necessary (they are located on the important side of the shower, the side that gets wet!

NOTE: The vinyl packaging this comes in is nasty, when you peel the flap up, the glue gets all over your fingers and the shower curtain, too, if you're not careful!

()I rather like this shower curtain so far.It is a bright white, made out of very thick, almost cotton coarse cloth, with a velvet navy blue strip across the top.The cotton is not water proof and, I suppose if you really pour water at it, you may live to regret it.However, the cloth is thick enough that it doesn't let the water through.

That said, since this is a white cloth curtain, it does show where the water got to it.And, if you're going to use it as much for decoration as for showers, you may want to consider getting a shower liner.On the other hand, this curtain is on the pricier side and a shower liner would add to the cost.

The other thing to consider is the whiteness of the curtain.It is very white and that means that should your bath or even bathroom not be pristine, it will stand out.It may also mean that the curtain will stain easily.I will update this review to let you know.

But, as I said at the outset, I rather like this curtain.I like the feel of the cotton against my skin when I brush against it; I like the look of it; I like the button-hole type holes for the rings; I like the strip at the top; and I love the fact that it keeps the water inside the bath.I just like it.

()I'm not sure what to say about a shower curtain. As a shopper, if I can't read it, watch it or if it doesn't plug in, I don't pay too much attention. My tolerance for shopping excursions diminishes significantly if I'll be in a store where there is nothing that plugs in. Further, when it comes to functionality, I don't see any improvements that emerge between the ones that cost $15 and the ones that cost $150.

This 100% cotton shower curtain (and you'll need to provide hooks and a liner) feels nice to the touch; soft without being slick. The light color will fit with most decors, and the brown/could stripe provides a visual break to the otherwise broad expanse.

It's a shower curtain. It hangs there. What else could anybody ask of it:-)

()Make sure to use a liner and when you unwrap this the holes ARE there, you just have to look closely for them. A bit wrinkled but after hanging and showering once, the steam/heat straightened the curtain right away. It's very well made, heavy material, and adds significant yet subtle beauty. I'm no expert in design, but I can tell you, even people like me can appreciate the simple clean lines of this shower curtain!
