Just finished a NY Giant styled bathroom and this shower curtain was the finishing touch. I wanted to say that the curtain looks a lot better in real life. I could not be happier with this purchase.

My boyfriend has very wide feet and finding slippers that don't split at the sides after a few wearings has been tough. This slippers are THE BEST EVER.Do order 1 size larger than you would normally as they run a bit small in length. The tread on the bottom is really durable but you don't sacrifice the comfy feel of slippers. He wears them on short runs to the bagel store and deli on the corner and after a month they still look and feel great.
After 4 different brands this year, I can't recommend these any more highly. I'm planning on a pair for my father next!

NEW VINYL SHOWER CURTAIN LINER WITH MAGNETS - BLUE

The other reviewer is EXACTLY correct. Don't know why he/she was generous enough to give it 3 stars. I would give it a NEGATIVE 5 STARS if I could!!!
Someone commented that it is so thin because it is a "liner". I have NEVER had a liner that was made the thickness of plastic wrap! NEVER. It is so thin, the wrinkles in it will never resolve themselves after you hang it. It is so light-weight that even gravity won't have any effect on the wrinkles.
And the magnets.... USELESS! There is one on each end and one in the center. So the liner still blows in and sticks to you.
Can't seem to find vinyl shower liners in blue in the stores anymore all they seem to carry is white, off-white, and frosted/clear. That is why I bought online. What a waste of money!!! After this weekend, and after I apologize to my guests, it will go in the trash.
This should be called a "disposable, one time use, sorry excuse for a shower liner" in my not-so-humble opinion!!!

Shower curtain wasnt as thick as I had hoped. It states heavy duty plastic but it isnt heavy duty. When I take a shower it is so light that it blows up and sticks to your legs--which is why I bought it--to avoid the stick.

Nice colors and good design but what I like the most is that it does not slip on the floor like other bath mats even when the floor is wet. Looks like it will last awhile.Calcot Growers Collection 100-Percent Supima Zero-Twist Cotton 6-Piece Towel Set

Buy Calcot Growers Collection 100-Percent Supima Zero-Twist Cotton 6-Piece Towel Set Now
I have to admit that the only reason I bought these towels was that I wanted Burgundy towels to change my bathroom for Christmas.I really didn't care abut the quality because I was only going to use them for about a month. What a surprise when I received the towels I couldn't believe how soft they were.I read other reviews that said they washed terribly and left a lot of lint and pills.I washed mine and found done of that they came out beautifully and were just as soft.I will definitely be buying another set in Amethyst.I received 2 sets of these towels 5 years ago. They have not lost their color and are wonderfully fluffy and work very well for quick drying out of the shower. My husband and I have each usedour set of towels and even after going through the washer and dryer at least twice a week, the towels have not faded and are still wonderfully fluffy and quick drying out of the shower. I am thrilled with my new set of towels! My farmer husband, Mr. Practical, won't use any other towel brand. Wash towels 2-3 times before using to fully fluff the towels for drying. The towel set is more expensive than others, but the money spent is well worth it. I do have a confession, my brother is the CEO of the California cotton cooperative that grows the cotton for these towels, so not only are you getting a great product, you are buying American grown cotton.

The Bathroom - A Perfect Place to Decorate in French Country
My favorite decorating style is what I call "French country shabby chic". I love the rich organic colors from the French influence and the old worn look of what we now call "shabby chic". One place that invites this type of relaxed yet elegant feel is the bathroom in our homes - the place where we spend many hours getting ready for work, relaxing and well yeah...you know... the other things...
Although the bathroom is not somewhere we usually spend alot of time relaxing (well you might if you are a bath taker), it's still a place that can be a fun spot to decorate in what I like to call "French Country Shabby Chic" style.
Warm, cozy, worn and comfortable are the feelings that a French country bathroom emit - pleasant memories of days gone by along with unique personal little touches.
A beautiful style, even for a bathroom!
Pink, Black and White - Classic Vintage Colors
One of the unique hallmarks of French Country Shabby Chic decorating is a mismatched style along with a worn comfortable look. Popular colors for French Country in the bathroom are soft colors and black - and it's not uncommon to see many variations of white. Although not a huge fan of pink myself, my favorite colors in a shabby chic bathroom are soft pink, black and white used together. Vintage Paris comes to mind when I see these colors used, and the colors strike me as something reminiscent of my childhood (these were popular colors back in the 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's too)
The house where my children grew up was built in the 1920's and had a most unusual bathroom. Guests always commented on how "different" and "pretty" the bathroom was. The toilet, vanity and tub were pink and the floors were done in a black, grey and white checkerboard style. My sons did not appreciate our bathroom as much as I did but it was a fun and quirky bathroom.
French Country Shabby Chic Art
Most bathrooms have limited wall space so it's important to make the most out of your wall space when decorating (in any bathroom really) I like pretty art on my walls, subtle but not too striking. Some fun pieces for the French country shabby chic bathroom are to play up on the "theme"- using little plaques that say "powder room" or " la toilette" (that's french for the toilet) Some of these plaques are done in metal (metal is a nice touch in a French country bathroom) Other cute ideas for the wall are flea market finds like old plant hangers or towel racks. One of my favorite pieces is one that I found at a garage sale. I think I paid a $1 for it and it makes a great little hand towel holder. Also, some rust on the accents is OK. It actually adds to the charm!
Warm and Cozy Towels and Bath Rugs
I don't know about you but I love plush towels in the bathroom, no matter what the theme is. I also like something very warm and fuzzy on my feet, so bath area rugs are a must as far as I'm concerned. There are some really cute towel and bath sets that will compliment the French country shabby chic theme. You can use pure white which will pretty much go with anything, or again some tone on tone type colors - light almost white pinks along with stripes, frilly or even lacy. Remember "worn" is the look of this style so you can get away with using towels that already look broke in. This theme is not about crisp looking towels hanging on a hook - the more cozy and natural the better!
Au' Paris - Claw-foot Tubs are Beautiful!
Some French country shabby chic bathrooms have the luxury of having claw foot tubs in them. I love these tubs but unfortunately for most of us having one in our bathroom is not feasible. If you are dealing with a standard tub you will probably want to put a shower curtain up to match your french country shabby chic theme. My favorite shower curtain hangs in my front bathroom - it has light pastel colors with a floral Paris theme. The thing I like about this curtain is that I can put just about any light color with it and it matches. Another very popular color for French Country shower curtains are vintage black and white. Black and white will go with just about anything.
Beautiful Lighting and Hardware for your Bath
Although it's not necessary to spend alot of money on your French country shabby chic bathroom, you may want to invest in some really nice bathroom hardware and lighting for your bathroom. There are many types available that will go with this style but I prefer chandeliers (if you have the room) and long neck water faucets. I think the long necks add a beautiful flow to the bath. Beautiful lighting and hardware added to the bathroom can be the "piece de resistance!" for your charming bathroom.
There are many little accents you can also add to you french country bathroom to give It that final touch - a old vase with flowers, a couple of black and white photos of your favorite scenery along with some gold or silver accents thrown in for color ( gold and sliver or a mix of both will work)
That's probably one of my favorite things about decorating with french country shabby chic in the bathroom - you pretty much have endless possibilities and if you get bored you can always switch things around, add or subtract and it doesn't look like you totally changed your theme.
Have fun decorating your French Country Shabby Chic bathroom!
