Many of the shower rods we really liked were over $200. This one isn't as classy but is more cost effective and certainly does the trick. It's a good substitute for the fancy ones without paying the insane price. I have 3 82" extra thick curtains on it and it doesn't sag. I wouldn't pull too hard on them tho. Easy to install. The finish is the only element of it that I'm not crazy about. I would've preferred a matte nickel finish but that wasn't available. The rod is a bit too shiny and harsh looking. But it's fine. It's only a shower rod after all!

Using to hang shower curtain for very small shower stall. So far solid and curtain hasn't fallen down yet. The chrome color matches the fixtures. Had trouble finding the right size in my local stores and got sick of looking. Would recommend measuring because there's not a huge range to work with here. I think this brand is easier to install than others I've tried. Would have purchased another for a small entrance area to hang jackets if it had come in bronze.

This item is not quite what I expected.The color is nice, but the tension in the rod is not very strong at all.The first time I went to step into the shower it fell down.I've tightened as much as it can be, and it still falls with even the lightest pressure.

I never thought I'd bother to write a review for a shower curtain, of all things, but I love this one! I was looking for a largely clear shower curtain, since my bathroom has no windows and I wanted more light to get through into the shower. I was a little skeptical, as it seemed expensive for a shower curtain, but as someone trying to live more sustainably, I was interested in something environmentally friendly. This is environmentally friendly both in terms of the larger earth and in terms of the environment of your bathroom. There's some good evidence that vinyl shower curtains release chemicals into the air that can be particularly dangerous for pets and children (new vinyl shower curtains smell the way they do for a reason -a smell this curtain lacked entirely); these chemicals often end up subsequently leaching into the soil a vinyl shower curtain is disposed. So this seemed a great alternative. What I didn't expect was just how beautiful this shower curtain would be. It's very simple, in fact -clear and frosted circles of different sizes on a clear background -but some of the circles have a prismatic effect, so when you're in the shower, the light coming through has a subtle sparkling, rainbow effect. It's quite lovely. When I need a new shower curtain in the future, I'll come back for another one of these.

Yes a shower curtain is a strange item to write a review for.I have tried the ecological type shower curtain made from "organic cotton" which is mildew resistant.And I appreciate the efforts from these companies to make our bathrooms more ecological.However, it was impossible to keep it looking clean and get rid of mildew stains. (I tried Oxyclean etc).I have also used the vinyl shower curtains which off gas chemicals for two weeks or more and smell very strong.I should have known at the time that this was not a good idea because the smell was so pungent.Recently I found out about the PEVA alternative:it is ecological, has no smell and keeps mildew free.Perfect I thought!An answer to my search for a perfect shower curtain!And yes, it has proved to be an excellent purchase.It is actually a very pretty design with its beautiful luminescent circles throughout.I had intended to use a heavier curtain along with it but since it is so attractive, I decided not to.So for this price I am VERY happy.I bought it on Amazon but I know you can get it from Bed, Bath and beyond as well which I found out later.(The amazon account that I bought it on is closed now so it is not a verified purchase anymore).

Much like other reviewer, I have to admit I never would have thought I'd be writing a review about a shower curtain. I love clear shower curtains since they let in so much more light, and while I couldn't find a good completely clear one, this is a close second. Personally, I really don't care about the "privacy" of a shower curtain, but if you're concerned about that sort of thing there are enough circles in the pattern to make it difficult to get a clear look inside, though I can read the clock on the wall through it.

But, that's really not the reason to buy this. The big reason to buy it is that you won't be choking on toxic fumes for 2 weeks while you wait for it to air out. This is made from PEVA (polyethylene vinyl acetate), so it's still technically a vinyl, but without that *awful* smell. The last new shower curtain I bought made my bathroom uninhabitable for a good week while it aired out. From the moment I unpacked this one I never once smelled a thing. By far the single greatest improvement to shower curtains ever devised (yes, even better than magnets). Speaking of magnets, this *does not* have any, though I'm using it with a curved curtain rod, so I'm not having an issue with it billowing inwards.

Now quit reading this and buy it already. :)

A great curtain that hangs nicely and looks great. Because it's PEVA, there was no awful plastic smell. Feels nicer than plastic, also.

This shower curtain fulfills the most basic need of enclosing the shower stall, but it is so lightweight that just a slight shoulder jostle and it is letting water out all over the floor.Each time I take a shower, I try not to push the curtain so that water leaks all over the floor.So far, I have not been successful.It is a beautiful eco friendly shower curtain but I miss the slightly heavier that a piece of saranwrap thickness that we used to have with our previous shower curtain.

This product is really great.I needed a new shower curtain for my son's bathroom and this one was just perfect.The design is really unique and my son loves looking at the frog and butterfly. Also, I like that this shower curtain is made of EVA, which I believe is better for the environment than PVC.When it's time to change shower curtains, I'll definitely be buying another one of their designs.

I'm just here to say we love it!Colorful, beautiful, and educational. My kids (ages 3 and 6) love it, I love it. We're happy. Durable, worth the price, doesn't get dirty and gross, doesn't have any nasty plasticky smell.

I'd buy one again if anything happened to this one, but its so well made I'm sure I won't have to.

We ordered this for our kids' bathroom ages 4 & 17 months. Our 4 year old is so excited about it, even though she already knows what metamorphosis means. She is excited to actually see how it happens. We got it extremely fast! We ordered it on 3/4/12 & it shipped out the next day and we received it today (3/7/12)....I would definately recommend this product to everyone! I can not wait to go home & put it up! InterDesign Abstract Shower Curtain, Black/White

I really like the design on this curtain. It looks great in my small bathroom. I am very pleased with this purchase and it arrived quickly.

I purchased this twice one in the 74x74 and it was too short i got the 74x108 thinking it would be longer.. nope its still short.I forgot all about the length times width thing they tought us in school.. so just beware if your shower rod it high this will fall short.. i still kept it but everytime i look at it i wish it was longer
