This replaces a set of roller rings for my shower curtain that were always causing me two problems. First, it was a struggle to get the curtain off for laundering since the latching method was designed to pinch your fingers at least once when taking off/putting on the curtain. Secondly, the rings tended to flip over when I pulled the towel off the bar (I hang the towel on the shower rod so it drys quicker).

These Umbra rings solve those two problems perfectly. No snaps or latches to deal with when taking the shower curtain off simple as can be! Plus, the lower profile of the roller balls don't catch the towel when I pull it off in the morning so the rings stay in place.

Nice construction. They are not big and beefy like others I've seen, but certainly up to the task of holding up the shower curtain and sliding back and forth easily. Nice minimalist design that looks nice and works well. Highly recommend.

Standard View Window Shower Curtain

Note that it DOES get mildewy if you don't scrub it clean relatively frequently. Threw it out and got the Maytex No More Mildew Shower Curtain Liner, Frosty 2 months and no mildew at all! Even if it lets in less light than this one.

I purchased two burgundy tieup shades for my daughter's room. I hesitated whether to buy these drapes because I never purchased drapes online, but now i think it was a great choice. They are extremely soft and elegant and they really block out the light. I also purchased blackout curtains from different store and I am going to return those and buy few more tieup shades! I got this because I needed a single panel to cover a bathroom window. The size is perfect and in the picture the tie up looks very nice. After dropping the shade for showers and tying it back up during the day I've realized it's a pain to have to tie up and it doesn't look very pretty unless you want to spend time meticulously arranging the fabric.

My only other complaint is that the curtain is SO effective at blocking light the holes where the ties are stitched in look like a runway in the bright sunlight.

Nice color, satiny finish, nice weight. Very happy with this brand, would not hesitate to buy more from this company.

I bought two of the beige curtains for my daughter's room.At three-years-old, she often wakes with the sun.The curtains look nice and simple, and the beige fabric is not very shiny but is soft.I love the tie up option since we have window AC units in some of our windows.However, my complaint is that they don't block nearly as much light as they claim.I'd say that the room is less than 75% darker.You can see the light shining through the openings of the blinds under the curtains.Also, the light easily escapes around the edges of the curtains, so be sure to mount them as close to the window frame as possible.I'd suggest ordering a darker color since it might block more light.I'll definitely keep the curtains--but I may move them to my room and look for something that will block even more light in her room.

I bought a couple of these curtains a few months ago for my city apartment with older windows.First, the good news. They are very true to the color shown online. I bought mine in burgundy, and I am very happy with how they look both in color and in style.Secondly, the curtains are made from a nice material that keeps light from the street lamps out of my room.On the down side, these curtains are not made from a particularly heavy or insulating material. I really didn't feel much of a difference in my semi-drafty apartment until I finally gave in and put up plastic on the windows. So, overall, a good buy as long as you're not looking to save a bunch of money on your heating bill.

Pinzon Hotel Stitch Shower Curtain

It didn't shrink as to size, but the trim became puckered and the shower curtain needed ironing to look good. Sorry, but with my busy schedule I am not into ironing anything. Due to this, I downgraded from 4 stars to 3 stars.

This shower curtain is a true white, with double black sewn-on trim running the entire width about 6-1/2" away from the top and bottom.The corners are not weighted.The holes the rings go through are made like button-holes (no metal grommets). Even though it's 100% cotton, the wrinkles came out easily after hanging a couple hours in my steamy bathroom (straight from the package). I'm not sure why they named it Hotel Stitch, but shower curtains like you'd find at a nice hotel come to mind.I recommend a liner as this isn't waterproof this liner is a good choice and the price is right: Croscill Fabric Shower Curtain Liner, White and the Croscill liner does have the weights and grommets which are necessary (they are located on the important side of the shower, the side that gets wet!

NOTE: The vinyl packaging this comes in is nasty, when you peel the flap up, the glue gets all over your fingers and the shower curtain, too, if you're not careful!

()I rather like this shower curtain so far.It is a bright white, made out of very thick, almost cotton coarse cloth, with a velvet navy blue strip across the top.The cotton is not water proof and, I suppose if you really pour water at it, you may live to regret it.However, the cloth is thick enough that it doesn't let the water through.

That said, since this is a white cloth curtain, it does show where the water got to it.And, if you're going to use it as much for decoration as for showers, you may want to consider getting a shower liner.On the other hand, this curtain is on the pricier side and a shower liner would add to the cost.

The other thing to consider is the whiteness of the curtain.It is very white and that means that should your bath or even bathroom not be pristine, it will stand out.It may also mean that the curtain will stain easily.I will update this review to let you know.

But, as I said at the outset, I rather like this curtain.I like the feel of the cotton against my skin when I brush against it; I like the look of it; I like the button-hole type holes for the rings; I like the strip at the top; and I love the fact that it keeps the water inside the bath.I just like it.

()I'm not sure what to say about a shower curtain. As a shopper, if I can't read it, watch it or if it doesn't plug in, I don't pay too much attention. My tolerance for shopping excursions diminishes significantly if I'll be in a store where there is nothing that plugs in. Further, when it comes to functionality, I don't see any improvements that emerge between the ones that cost $15 and the ones that cost $150.

This 100% cotton shower curtain (and you'll need to provide hooks and a liner) feels nice to the touch; soft without being slick. The light color will fit with most decors, and the brown/could stripe provides a visual break to the otherwise broad expanse.

It's a shower curtain. It hangs there. What else could anybody ask of it:-)
