Okay, I'm fairly easy to please.I don't expect products to perform miracles. I do expect to get what I pay for. And if that's the case, this tissue-weight liner should cost about 1.99. It is seriously the exact thickness and weight of a plastic garbage bag.So yeah...it's very soft.Eco Soft, in fact!(Whatever that means...) Anyway, the moment you turn on the shower, this thing goes up, up and away.It flies up and out and sticks to your back, it sticks to your legs, it sticks to everything except the tub.The three wee little weights are useless. Skip Hop Treetop Friends 4-Piece Crib Set

I have been debating buying this bedding for my little girl. I really liked skip hop activity mat with treetop friends and we came across it at a store and my husband being the harshest critic Loved it. I tried to check out the bedding for treetop friends and could not really find it anywhere. From the pictures the skirt looked dark brown and i didnt like that. Also bumper pads looked flimsy and cheaply made from the pictures. bumper pads are beautifull and just enough thickness. I love the quality. very cute. in the picture you dont see on upper part of the comforter , there is a little cute bird picture too. skirt color is not dark brown. it is more like muted down brown , more light mocha. Sheet is a good quality. SOOO neutral yet cute enough for a girl:) I have also found matching wall decal. It wouldnt been flawless if skip hop made mobile to match with it because all the owls and squirrels will be just soo cute:) Also wanted to add I washed all the bedding in delicate setting and came out great.

Love this bedding!! I got it for my daughter's room and I get compliments on it all the time! It's totally neutral which is what I wanted so I can use it again with my next babies if I want to. We did a tree mural on her wall with an owl on it and it is just perfect. I gave it 4 starts because I washed and dried all of the items and the comforter came out pretty wrinkly and I'm a little afraid that the stuffing is going to lump up after more washing, but still so cute.

Carnation Home Fashions Fabric Shower Curtain

I had the vinyl version of this shower curtain my my bathroom, but it didn't take long before it had problems. It had to be replaced, and I wasn't redecorating my bathroom, so I bought this shower curtain.

The colors are quite a bit lighter on the cloth than on the vinyl curtain, and it's pretty noticeable next to the other matching accessories in the bathroom.

That said, I still like it better than the vinyl one and think it will hold up better than the old one did.

This curtain has beautiful colors and is just perfect for my kids' bath that is ocean-themed.It is better than the vinyl curtains because it doesn't tear from the hangers when the kids yank on it, and is much prettier than the vinyl.You will want a curtain to hang inside the tub too (to allow this one to hang outside while still keeping splashes from getting on the floor).

I bought the ducky version of the shower curtain and was very disappointed in the quality.The colors are faded (almost look scrateched off) in some areas and then super dark spots are here and there...The length and width is fine, but the stripes aren't evenly colored or straight and even the ducks across the top have flaws in their coloring.

I bought these for a slider that is right next to my neighbors door. I wanted something that would provide some privacy but not restrict the light. These work great! I'm including a video that I hope I can get to upload this time (second attempt). It might be a little stupid to video something that costs so little but I am so pleased with the purchase and they are so cute that I had to share. Just bought two more sets for another window!

Keep in mind that these curtains are absurdly cheap, cheaper than the cheapest Wal-mart has to offer. They look beautiful and expensive, like delicate old-fashioned cotton lace, unless you get right on top of them and examine very closely. If you do that, you will see that there are some threads hanging and that they are a bit flimsy. But unless your guests examine them with a magnifying glass, they'll pass muster quite well (and, if they do, I suggest you keep the curtains and get better guests).

I've washed them a half dozen times, by hand, and there has been no deterioration at all. I wouldn't recommend putting them in the washing machine except on the delicate cycle and inside one of those bags that are made for washing delicate lingerie. They dry very quickly I just hang them up damp and let the air dry them. These are the prettiest and classiest curtains, for the price, that you could possibly imagine. If you want your windows to look lovely and airy and pretty but don't have a huge budget, you can't do better than these. They'll last indefinitely if you handle with care.

I ordered this set of two jacquard sheer lace curtain panels in white for my bath.In order to get more light while in the shower, I use a crystal clear liner on one white tension rod, and slip these on a second white tension rod in front of the liner.These panels are long enough to go from ceiling to floor, and even "puddle" a little on the floor very elegant.Since they're lace, they allow a lot of light into the tub area, but still afford some privacy, and they allow for good air circulation, as well.My walls are painted a peachy-beige, and the woodwork and everything else is white.The design on these panels is just beautiful, but subtle, and they make the entire room so fresh and inviting.Also, these panels are soooo soft, with scalloped sides and straight-hemmed tops and bottoms, and have a lot of body without being stiff. I am very picky, little things bug me and I got themon sale for 11 bucks on Amazon so I wondered how they would be especially since they had some bad reviews. Some say "they will not hold up" ok... I really dont hang on my curtains or mess with them. Does anyone else? I put them on and leave them. So as far as holding up my heck... that means nothing to me. Calcot Growers Collection 100-Percent Supima Zero-Twist Cotton 2-Piece Oversized Bath Sheet/Towel S

After a recent bathroom remodel I went on the search for the "perfect" towel. After trying several brands over the past six months, I can with absolute confidence say there is no such thing as the perfect towel. But, of all the ones I tried, the Calcot bath sheets strike the best balance between pros and cons.

Of all the brands I tried, the Pinzon (Amazon house brand) 820 Gram towels and the Restoration Hardware Egyptian cotton towels were the closest runner-ups. Both are outstanding towels, but both suffered from the same problem weight. These are some heavy towels in the bath sheet size! Weight is good when it comes to being a thirsty towel that offers a dense feel. Weight is not good when it comes to drying. On humid days the bath sheets would take more than a day to air dry after one use. Washing them was even more of a problem since they took forever to dry in the dryer. I line dry whenever I can, but unless it was hot and dry out (not all that common in VA), these took forever to dry outdoors as well. Plus, the weight when sopping wet is a real issue.

The Pinzon and the Restoration Hardware towels are excellent in hand towel size you really appreciate the benefit of a dense pile when drying your face. But as a bath sheet, they were both impractical.

The Calcot caught my eye since they are made of US-grown Supima cotton. Basically this means the cotton fibers are long which makes them soft and absorbent. This translates into a lighter-weight towel without much loss of absorbency.

NOTE: Although the cotton is grown in the US, the towels are manufactured in Pakistan.

The Calcot bath sheets are also a bit smaller they are 34 by 68. That's a few inches shorter than other bath sheets. I didn't miss the extra few inches, and the smaller size helps out with both the weight and ease of laundering.

Calcot has three product lines, with the Growers Collection (what I am reviewing) being their premium line. I did not try out their other lines, so can't say how they would perform.

These towels provide the best balance between softness, thickness, density, absorbency and weight. They dry quickly (both air dry and in the dryer) and are nice and large. Very minimal fuzz in fact, hardly any came off in the first wash, and virtually nil in subsequent washes. This is in sharp contrast to the Pinzon, which shed like mad in the first wash, and kept shedding appreciably for several more washes.

Construction quality is decent. Not as nicely stitched on the edges as the Restoration Hardware towels but they are holding up well so far.

The price sealed the deal for me. I bought these directly from Calcot on their website (google Calcot Growers). Their website is pretty basic, and not what you'd call a great example of a storefront. But, the prices are much better (at least when I ordered) than Amazon or anyone else, and they offer the ability to buy either a la carte or as a pre-set bundle. I was able to get two bath sheets in their Growers Collection line for less than the cost of one bath sheet from Restoration Hardware. They shipped the same day as I ordered. They did not, however, respond to an email I sent with a question about the order (not a big problem since I found the answer myself later). So, while they score high for quick shipping and great prices, not so good when it comes to customer assistance.

I can't give any feedback on color fastness for any of the towels I tried since I only bought them in white.

Final tips: make sure you never, ever use fabric softener in the wash or dryer with any cotton towel. It really kills the absorbency. Every so often, add a half cup of vinegar to the wash. Helps keep the towels thirsty and soft. Lastly, wash the towel before using it the first time.

Hope this helps with others wresting with what towels to get.

After spending an afternoon driving around to the various home goods stores, I checked Amazon and found a review that praised these towelsand suggested I buy them direct from Calcot off their web site. I did so, and about five days later they arrived. They looked a bit linty and had a slight odor out of the box, but after a trip through the washer and drier they were odor and lint free, and felt wonderful. You can spend a lot more on towels, but these are nice nice as any I've found around town. They're very absorbent, and thick, but not so thick that they won't dry out. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Unfortunately, we were trying to match a color in the newly applied bath wallpaper and the color just did not work. I e-Mailed Heather at Calcot to return the package, NO problem..she set up a UPS pick-up order, and 6 days later she emailed me that the towels were received and the complete charge had been credited to my credit card account!! THAT'S what I call GREAT customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

I usually don't review products but have to concur with some of the other posters here.I purchased these as a gift for my husband and after using them he asked me to give them a trial as he needed a second opinion.He said he wondered if he was imagining it, but the towels had a strange quality that seemed to 'repel the water right back onto your body'.I did use the towel to see what he was talking about.Before they were wet they felt really luxurious and you would suppose that your experience would be excellent.But the towels did, in fact, have a slimy feel to them when you tried to wick water off yourself.Most unpleasant.

Overall I have to say these were an epic fail as a gift.We're going to re-gift them to our dogs as soft pet beds so all is not lost.

Muchto my disappointment, these are much flimsier and thinner than the previous ones.When I inquired (thinking I inadvertently might have ordered the wrong type), the company rep explained that their supplier used higher quality raw materials (that exceeded the stated weight) initially, and now the towels are thinner due to higher production costs.I guess if you never saw or felt the other ones it might notbother you ... but these are so much less substantial than theolder bath sheets (even after many washings) it's disappointing. On the plus side, they take much less shelf space, as they are abouthalf as thick, and theymay dry faster. I haven't washed them yet, so I can't comment on the absorption difference. I will update this review once I start using the towels.

Lenox Butterfly Meadow Towel

The key thing to know is that this shower curtain is MUCH prettier than the current product picture here on Amazon (only one at this writing). The fabric is textured and subtle with a deep, glossy white background, interwoven with a slightly matte white stem and leaf pattern.Over that is a very crisp botanical type print.That texture and depth is not really visible here. (Hopefully more pictures forthcoming or check Macy's site).

Second this looks and feels luxurious.It is not thin a nice solid weight.The print is not a murky, watercolor type graphic which you will grow tired of...The floral print style is reminiscent of the antique botanical prints, but with versatile modern shades.I can foresee using this with any number of different accessories or wall colors (currently a soft yellow wall and soft green rug), for years to come.And it literally becomes the focal point of my bathroom.

I actually like it so well that I bought another one and made coordinating curtains out of the second. (well worth the effort...and the fabric is definitely nice enough for curtains.) I also bought the tissue holder and some ceramic accessories (lotion pump dispenser, butterfly soap holder).I did not buy the printed towels, but may get the embroidered ones.(I have found that printed towel patterns don't hold up well).I did compare the tablecloth and shower curtain they were identical prints and so close in look and feel that you could make curtains out of the table cloth and they'd match as well. Price-wise (yard for yard) I came out the same buying the shower curtain for mine YMMV depending on your windows and sale price.

Do get a liner (of course). I got the roller glide rings and not the butterfly coordinating hooks the rings fit well, and the header reinforcement is wearing well.Because I have the liner, I haven't had to launder the curtain yet;I think I'd do so very gently just because I want this to last a LONG time.

I don't write many reviews, after looking at every one in many different stores and online sites, this remained the prettiest option... and it surpassed my expectations.Recommended.

I ordered 2 finger tip towels and one hand towel as a gift. the small finger tip towels were nice.They had embroider flowers and butterflies, they looked like the picture. they also had a Lenox tag on the underside.This hand towel looks so cheap!It is very plain and looks like something I could have bought for a dollar at a thrift store.
