I have 3 dogs and 4 cats so keeping the house clean and smelling fresh is a constant choir.

I have used this product for over 10 years, to keep a fresh and clean home, and a life filled with dogs, cats, infirm elders and active grandchildren a possible combination. It deodorizes cement floors, decks, hardwood and tile floors,fabrics, surfaces, and kills germs. I generally do heavy duty cleaning first with bleach and/or Lysol, but the finishing touch is alway Odoban. Also great in the car for upolstery, etc. And it smells wonderful, not industrial. As a smoker & pet owner, this stuff works great. However, it's hard to find anywhere, but the places who do carry it, sell it for around only 12 bucks. If you can't find it anywhere, I guess you'll have to pay this higher price. It works fine diluted with lots of water, so it lasts a real long time.
