Maytex Sorrento Stripe Fabric Shower Curtain, Burgundy

When this curtain arrived, I was pleased to see it was exactly what I was expecting. It is of a good looking fabric and seems well-constructed. It looks great hung up. The packaging says its made of 70% polyester and 30% cotton, FYI. It feels and looks both classy and neutral, which is what I was going for.

I got 2 of these and both have a very strong chemical smell. We washed them twice with laundry detergent and a third time with baking soda added to the wash and the smell is still pervasive. I ordered a different shower curtain by a different manufacturer and didn't have any issues with the smell. The smell of these though has taken over the house and I am at my wit's end. I hate the idea that I wasted money on these because unless we figure out how to get rid of the smell these curtains are NOT going to be used!

Took a chance ordering this shower curtain sight-unseen, but was reassured by other positive reviews. I'm glad I did, it's great! I was expecting it to clash with the 1960s-era salmon/peach-colored tiles in our bathroom, but I bought it anyway figuring I could live with it clashing until we tackled the remodel we're planning. But I was pleasantly surprised--not only did the curtain not clash, it actually made the bathroom look better. The burgundy tends a bit more toward orange than red, and the complementary stripes have some cream, beige, and a soft almost green, so I can see this curtain working with many different decors. It is thicker than some curtains I have seen, so it hangs very nicely. Highly recommended!

i bought this shower curtain, extremely doubtful that the colors would be exactly as they are in the picture. however, it turned out to be exactly as it was in the picture, and exactly what i needed! the colors go perfectly in my bathroom, and the fabric is pretty sturdy. Definitely worth the money.

Just order for the hall bathroom and I was amazed how expensive they looked and felt for the price. The walls are pale yellow and the colors just popped against the wall. I had always bought 100% cotton shower curtains but theyshrink in the wash. These new ones will not because of the poly/cotton fabric. I am planning to order two more for the bathroom window seat!

Shower curtain is cute. Very thin so not sure how durable it will be.Sink accessories are very poor quality.Soap dispenser never worked.Two of the three pieces are already broken.They just cracked and crumbled from use after only a couple of weeks.Also the curtain hooks were plain thin plastic, not covered as described.I bought rings at Wal-Mart for $2.00 that look much better.I would have returned the set, except that my daughter really likes the way the curtain looks in her bathroom.Just keep in mind that if you order this set, what you are paying for is just the shower curtain.The other pieces are useless.

Okay, I expected more.. so I guess that was the let down. I really was expecting better quality but it's just a clear set with stickers on it... I got it in memory of my dad (america's biggest cub fan) so it serves the purpose.. and when I put it all together with the bathroom rugs and decorations it really looks nice for my boys..

Love these decorations. I will be buying another set soon because we have double sinks in our bathroom and need another one for the other sink.

I think this looks a lot cheaper in person. It's not a huge disappointment but it looks nicer in the picture. That always happens though. Nonetheless, it's hanging in my bathroom and it adds a nice pop of color. Would I purchase it again? Probably not. Is it worth returning? Nope. I would say this is an average purchase -nothing great, nothing awful.

It works nicely it has a philips setscrew that anchors a stiff coil spring at whatever length you set, so you can get whatever force is required to hold the rod in place.

There is such a thing as being "too flexible."This tension rod extends 28" to 38".Great.Now if only it would STAY at the selected length.

To set the length, lay the tension rod on a flat horizontal surface, slide the ends to the desired length, loosen the screw with a Phillips head screwdriver, slide the spring and screw to meet the end of the rod, then tighten the screw.

After two days of opening and closing your curtains, you can expect that the screw will have loosened and the curtains and tension rod will fall down.At that point, please repeat the procedure for setting the length and re-hang the curtains.

As a bonus, every time the rod comes down, the rubber ends fall off, so you can plan on spending another half hour or so hunting for the rubber ends beneath your refrigerator or couch.

I'm so excited that I bought five of these so I can keep doing this over and over and over again, nearly every day in fact!That is so awesome. (Note: sarcasm.)

easy assembly. and it works if assembled properly. two things though.... 1. i wish it had a plastic ring around the sharp edge so the curtain wouldnt get stuck on it. 2. if you do puchase this product and wish to use it, use a tiny piece of wax paper between the wall and the rod ends. makes for easier removal.... you know how stuff tends to get stuck to paint it's been there too long? other than that, it does it's job.

Heritage Lace Seascape 72-Inch by 72-Inch Shower Curtain, White

I looked all over, and this is the best option for a fish or sea themed shower curtain, if you don't want to go with the usual colored photo looking ones.This is white, lace, and see-through.It's attractive.It has one major problem:the top is not reinforced, and there are no holes sewn in for the purpose of using shower hooks (normally there would be 12 holes sewn in, or grommets in place which make it a shower curtain and not justa piece of fabric).For this reason, this curtain really deserves a lower rating, but I do like the way it looks.Because it is lace, you can stick the hooks through holes in the lace, but this is not ideal for many reasons, to say the least (I can't imagine why they did this).Meanwhile, you'll notice the picture shows a black liner behind it.That is because this curtain looks much better with something dark behind it.I tried using a light colored liner behind it, and it washed out the design of this curtain.The curtain looks good with no liner, but I needed a liner due to having no doors on that shower/tub.I finally opted for a clear liner, and it looks good (but you can see into the tub/shower).One good thing about using a good liner is it has a reinforced top with grommet holes, so I'm hoping that is going to help put less stress on this curtain which is hanging from regular holes in the lace.If you are using a liner, I suggest you make sure it is the same size as this curtain (72x72).

I am pleased with this curtain.Good quality and good value.It definitely adds to the decor in my home.

I've had the curtain in ecru for some time,When I was ready for a shower curtain, I was only ably to get it in White.I had sent for a bone color liner, hoping to overlook the curtain being different.That way it was not inspiring,I took the liner off and just kept the mold free liner on the other side of the double hooks,It is spectacular,As the bright sun shows up the window curtain;so does the plain shower curtain liner, show off the seascape.I only gave it a 4 rating as I had to skip four holes between hooks.
