I was under the impression that it might be semi see-through. It's not. It has a cloth-like feel to it, which feels better than plastic. But the amount of light in the shower does decrease compared to something that's more see-through. I've went through several shower curtains till I found the right shade and texture of aubergine. This shower curtain is a true eggplant color. It is simply stunning. The picture does not do it justice. The color is deeper and richer. The fabric is A-Plus. You can buy with confidence.
Also, even though it's dark, the fabric is think enough so that it is not v. dark in the tub.

Beautiful fabric, hangs very nicely. The slight sheen on the fabric is a really nice touch, and adds a richness to the fabric.
Maytex Mills Metal Ball Shower Ring
These arrived in a timely manner. They look great in my bathroom with our vintage claw foot tub. They work well and slide evenly along the shower curtain rod.
My complaint, if there was one would be the fit of them on the rod. Unlike typical rings/hooks, they tend to jam up when you pull the curtain across. And they make a very unpleasant noise when sliding across my brushed metal rod compared to other hooks.
Other than that, I"ll keep them.

I ordered these shower rings.Unfortunately when I received the package, the bubble pack had been previously opened and I only received 11 shower rings when the package should have contained 12 shower rings.Also, the small keep balls on the end of the shower rings were missing.Amazon did offer a hassle free exchange.

This is a beautiful shower curtain, the color is perfect. The hue is slightly more blue than the picture shows, but there are NO HOLES! How am I supposed to hang this curtain when there are no precut holes to stick the hooks in? I don't know what I'm supposed to do with this since I can't hang it. Punching holes in myself could ruin it if I don't measure it perfectly. So sad.

Have extra large bath/shower, could not find shower curtain rod long enough.I found the wireline and bought 2 of them, one for the liner and the other for the outer shower curtain.Very stylish and I get lots of complements.Friends have even bought the wireline after seeing mine.I wasn't sure about the clips at first but they look good and work great.They slide very smoothly on the wire.

These would be great if there wasn't an IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE sticker covering up about half the instructions on the back of the package. i loved this item it is great quality and looks great in our daughters bathroom. i had this item in our saved for later, and we ran across it in walmart for way cheaper just a few days ago. i think it was 19.99\21.99 so b4 you panic it is sold in walmart and for a much better price. i would have paid this but why spend more when you can go to walmart and get a better deal?!! they also have all the bathroom extras as well.

Contrary to another review, this item comes out of the package looking identical in color and texture to the picture.The design on it is exactly as shown in the picture.I almost did not order it due to the color being off comment, but i find it's a perfect match.As for it not having a sheen, the description says it's 100% cotton, not cotton sateen.Cotton will not have a sheen, and usually is not sheer either.I recommend this product to be 100% accurate by the picture and description listed.
I bought the bedspread and wanted to use these shower curtains as drapes.Both products look very nice together, but the shower curtains are a little short to use as drapes.Wish the company would make matching drapes with the bedspread.Or at least give the length in the description.

It is a really light blue, and it doesn't have a sheer, shiny like look to it either like the picture. Also, it seems the branch design goes up higher then the pic! Overall I was not pleased at all!

As someone already noted, the picture can be a little deceiving. Though the color is still black, it doesn't have a sheer, shiny look at all.. In fact, it looks like regular cloth. Additionally, I was under the impression that the leaves were supposed to be silver, but they're white. That said, the curtain still looks okay.
