The material is great, the color is fine, and the fact that it can be machine-washed is why I bought it in the first place.The size and heft of the item--neither too heavy nor too light--is pleasing.The sewing quality, however, leaves much to be desired!Stitches were missed, even several inches at a time, and threads were left dangling.If I had opened the package earlier, I'd have called the company to ask about an exchange.Alas, I only looked at the outside of the package and at the dust ruffle and pillow shams; these were wonderful, so I never questioned the quality of the comforter itself ... until I opened it up to use it when seasons changed.BTW, this review is NOT for a shower curtain but for this product:
