It's attractive, but I don't like not being able to get my hooks as close to the wall as possible because of the large bulges on each end.I also did not like how Amazon put it in a box big enough to hold a bicycle.That's a lot of trash for one little shower rod.

When I renovated my bathroom 2 years ago, I had very fragile glass tiles installed.Since installing a regular screwed in shower rod would likely break the tiles, I looked for a tension rod instead.This Zenith shower rod is modern and beautiful, and has lasted very well over the past 2 years.

I was a little worried readi g all the reviews. But Iinstalled the shower curtain rod yesterday and it. Is really holding ! I have a 5 year old who at some time can be a little bit more rough and it's still holding !Looking nice too, when you hold it it feels a little cheap , because it's solight but I guess it's part of it!

I wasshocked to see how amazon is wastingpackaging on it!! It came in a huge box. And had a lot of paper filling...not very environmental. Friendly!!!

This is a functional tension rod and matches my other bathroom fixtures. Seems like it would hold up even a fairly heavy curtain. Only caveat is that, not surprisingly at this price, the metal is kind of cheapy-thinvisually you can't tell, but I bought roller hooks to go with it and the noise definitely gives it away!

The hardest thing about installing this shower rod was getting the package open. Once that was accomplished, a few twists and it was up and, unlike the tension rod in my other bathroom, has yet to fall down. While another reviewer complained about the large ends of the rod, the shower curtain I used (which I assume is standard) has an extra 1.5 inches or so beyond the hook at either end, so I can still close the curtain completely up against the shower walls. I like how the design matches all my bath/sink hardware, and the price was reasonable. No regrets on this purchase!
