Yes, they look like giant binder rings, but they do a great job as shower curtain rings.They make removing the curtain for laundering a real breeze and they add a cool look, too.

They are better than plastic rings. They hold the shower curtains in place, have enough diameter to accommodate thick rods, and do not stand out that much especially since my rod is chrome as well. If you are looking for a contemporary look and have a chrome rod, I recommend this. I purchased plastic rings for another bathroom, plastic looks good too but I really like the look of these chrome rings especially for my white bathroom.

these are nicer than plastic ones but nothing special. i had hooks before that would come off when i opened & closed the curtain so these are less frustrating.

These aren't worth the money even at 9 or 10 dollars. After one week, the rings began to open up, which exactly defeats the purpose of getting rings that close and for that matter makes them unusable. Save your money. Much better alternatives out there (that actually work!) at the same price.

Seems like great quality except for the last ring in each twelve pack was poorly made; not tight, thus prompts me to have bought three twelve packs to make sure you have consistency if you like details.
