It is exactly what I was looking for, pretty white on white fabric outside, detachable plastic bottom inside.The chrome rings are plastic, but you can only tell when you install the rings on to the rod.They look like they are real chrome.I already had a white rod hung, so I hung this curtain on it and it looks great.I would highly recommend this product.
