Shipping was pretty fast for the footstool.I didn't know how well it would work for what I wanted it for but it is indeed exactly what I was hoping.I use it underneath my corner desk at work so that I can tuck myself in with my executive leather chair and prop my fee up on it.It's a very ergonomic work area and has to be as I typically spend all day almost everyday in it.Nice quality.Don't know about durability as I haven't had it very long but looks well constructed.Thank you!

This pretty piece of leather and wood makes a great gift for someone with no footstool, hassock, or ottoman, and little space to spare. Footstools by any name are very expensive, and this little job can do the trick. It is easily assembled, and looks good! Not much space is needed and it goes with almost anything. I wanted a nice Christmas gift for some friends,and they loved it.

I never take the time to rate anything; but buyer BEWARE!This stool literally fell apart when my 88 yr old mother sat in a chair and put her feet on it.When I received it I was so shocked by the quality of workmanship especially because of the price.I decided I'd keep it anyway because my mom needed something to rest her feet, and well, I'd purchased it and it was here.The second day the brace that holds the leg caved in.It's held together with a little glue and staples.Not nails, not screws, not dowels.

In addition, I find myself waiting to hear from the seller about whether they will accept my return.This item does not come under Amazon's great customer service umbrella.So I'm waiting to hear the fate of my $77+ for an item that is so flimsy it is unusable. I gave it one star just to post a rating.Nothing about this item deserves even one star.Unbelievably over priced and zero quality.
