InterDesign Ombre Print Shower Curtain

First of all, let me say this to all manufacturers..... As a customer I would certainly appreciate more than one image of an item I am interested in purchasing. Nothing is more aggravating than shopping online playing guessing games.

So to any and all people who are interested in this particular shower curtain by InterDesign. Here is my experience...

I ordered six of these curtains to use as privacy curtains on my lanai. Five of them had the dirty lime green color without the shimmery silver, and one had the shimmery silver dividing the blues from the greens creating a softer lime green. I read all the reviews but could not understand why there was such a difference between reviews regarding color. Before I ordered I contacted InterDesign and asked them if there was a problem with the colorschemes on each curtain. They told me no, so in spite of the reviews I ordered six. Then I sent them back because only one out of the five even slightly resembled the photo. Too bad they don't look as pretty in person as they do in the photo. They must have taken the photo in some really bright lighting. I took photos of the curtains to show the difference between the five darker ones, and the one lighter curtain with the shimmery blue in it. I could have lived with the shimmery blue one, but not the dirty lime green ones. I will try to upload some photos, as I sure wish I had seen a better image of these curtains and saved myself a lot of shopping and return time. As for the curtains I did buy. They were also by InterDesign with green stripes and white floral leaves diagonally across. The look great on the lanai, plus you cannot see through them at all, and they look 'outdoorsy'.

The colors really transform my bathroom and match framed photos I've hung there really well, which is why I chose it in the first place.

I've read some complaints elsewhere about how the colors are much brighter/more green than the product photo shows. This is sort-of true: the "front" side is. But if you remove the tag and hang the curtain with the "inside" facing out, the colors are much more muted and more in line with that of the photo (and the seams look great on both sides, so you can't tell that the "inside side" isn't supposed to be the "front").

I'm using this shower curtain with a clear plastic liner( has a fish pattern/texture), and the "brighter side" looks really nice on the inside of the shower, when viewed through the plastic liner.

So I read all the reviews before buying this item, so I shouldnt have been so shocked when i received this shower curtain.... it is shimmery... and crinkly and lovely.... let me point out tho.. the picture does NOT do this curtain any favors... it is MUCH brighter then the picture shows... it should not be called blue/green.. it should be titled turquiose/LIME green... yes.. i love all the colors except for the... lime green.. and ladies... when i say LIME... im being kind... neon shartruce green may even be better... I really dont see any actual blue at all.. and forget about white/silver.. there is none.... so if you want a tropical, vibrant, lovely shower curtain... this is for you.... if bright loud colors arnt your thing.... say no to this curtain.

This shower curtain is nothing like the picture I got the green/blue one.

I expected sth light, sheer, with a touch of shimmer, slightly crumpled texture and what i got instead is pretty dull, ugly colors with a more of a yellowish hue to them, weird texture and not a hint of transparency.

NOT recommended.

This product degraded my bathroom to K-Mart level.

Don't believe the pictures for Blue/Green model. There's almost no trace of white color, it's all muddy teal which is rather disgusting. I would consider this as false advertisement.
