I couldn't figure out what the other review was trying to say about adding pieces to the curtain, but I really loved the print and had plenty of time to return it if it wouldn't work.So the deal is that, unlike most shower curtains I have seen, the fabric is not 72" wide.As a result, this one is manufactured in three panels one very wide in the center and two narrower strips on each end.There is a black piping at the seams where the side panels are attached.It is not ideal, but when the curtain is hanging it is harder to see because of the slight gathering that naturally happens to a shower curtain.Overall I gave it a 4 because they could do a much better job matching the print where the side panels are added, and at this price point ($60) they should.
I am certainly keeping it and it looks adorable in my grey, white and yellow bathroom.
I was so excited to receive this shower curtain. I just hung it up and don't understand why there is black piping down the side on each end about 8 inches from each side. It's like someone had to add fabric to each end to make it wide enough.
That being said, I am ok with the black piping, what I'm not ok with is that it's shorter on each end by ever so slightly that it hangs funny.
I'm debating on sending it back. Almost $60 is a lot to spend on a shower curtain that looks like it has a mistake in it.
I'm updating my review to 1 star. Amazon sent me another one and it's the same. The picture doesn't show the left and right that include black piping down the side to attach more material to widen it. It hangs wrong and just looks bad. So disappointed, I love the pattern and it would have been perfect in my bathroom.

I use this shower curtin in my master bathroom. My bedroom is done in blue toile. The "scene" is not the same but the color matches perfectly and I love the look. The fabric is quality and the curtin is well made. I searched for days on line to find this and it was so worth it!!! I got the shower curtain and valances to match. I have a very small window in my bathroom so I got two valances instead of the usual valance and curtain. Love the soft fabric, the colors are perfect and it was a great price too! I liked the lookof this dispenser and while a few reviewers did mention the size I thought ceramic and chrome a post modern style whats not to love? Well they are huge! If you have the space great. So far so good.Nice heavy weight.Suction cups work as expected on the sides to keep the curtain tight to the walls.Took a few days for all the wrinkles to work out of the item but now it is nice and straight.Seems sturdy, with reinforcement rings at the top.
Plastic smell dissipates after a few days.
We are happy.

I went out of my way, researched and payed extra for what I thought was a "commercial" grade shower curtain liner. What I got was the same thin liner that I could have gotten for alot less money. I am disappointed. Lesson Learned don't expect "commercial" quality when they don't specify guage and it's atleast 8 guage vinyl.

This is the only shower curtain I've found that really works to keep the water in the shower and is completely natural and biodegradable. The only issue I've had is that it tends to get mildew. I recommend buying a natural mildew spray to spray on daily. Follow the instructions to wash the curtain weekly and use an oxygen cleaner and white vinegar every wash. If you do get mildew stains, try mixing equal parts oxygen cleaner and hydrogen peroxide in a bowl and rubbing this in to the stain with an old toothbrush. Spraying on lemon juice can also help.

I bought two of these hemp shower curtains because I loved the look of the fabric,that they were made organically andthe idea of not having to use a plastic liner.After about three months I began to see mold growing along the lower sections of the curtains.I immediately treated them with vinegar, lemon juice, oxy-clean every remedy I could find on the internet, and the mold dissipated, but then came back with a vengeance.I sprayed them after every shower with vinegar and water, I opened the window, I wrung out the water with each use, but the mold returned.I spent over $200 on these shower curtains, but unfortunately the mold issue was too much to handle.I contacted the company, but never received any reply.Sadly, I will be looking for another shower curtain alternative...

This curtain does the job -keeps water contained in the shower/tub, and dries quickly, without any off-gassing or odors you might find with a plastic/vinyl curtain.But as another reviewer said, it does develop black mildew spots on the bottom over time. Also, when it's dry, the edges roll up a bit. But as soon as you turn on the shower, the edges smooth out and create a good seal. Good curtain overall.

My family has been using this in our only bathroom (read: lots of use) for a couple of years now. Yes, I did have a mildew issue at first, but since I've been washing it weekly, and clipping it to the walls after each use (so air circulates completely around it, and it is able to dry in a few hours), I have not seen any mildew. The original mildew stains washed out eventually, especially when I was able to dry it in the sun.
But the curtain is great. No billowing when using the full-force Oxygenics shower head. It stays in place and keeps the water inside the tub. When this one wears out, I plan to get another one.
