Have been buying this curtain or one of its close variants from Ex-Cell for several years, and it's great.Completely clear vinyl without a color tint, and it's a heavy enough material that the bottom of the curtain doesn't get lifted up by air pressure and attack your legs while showering.Another reviewer says "Not anti-mildew as stated", but the story there seems to be a bit more complex: the packaging says "Treated With Anti-Bacterial Agent / Resists Germs, Mold & Mildew".I have not had a problem with mildew on these -they just get a mineral deposit haze, and if you use a chlorine filter on your shower, a little bit of pink from the bacteria that typically grows in that situation.I have used these for over a year before without them looking too embarrassing.
As that reviewer also notes, the hook holes are not metal-reinforced on this curtain, just reinforced with vinyl ribbing.There is actually another version Ex-Cell makes that does have metal reinforcements, but personally, I don't see why you'd ever need that unless you have little kids that are hanging from the shower curtain with their full weight or something.
Only thing you must know is that it doesn't come with the little hooks (which you can easily buy at a Target, Wal-Mart or any other general store).

I just moved from having a glass surrounded shower to having a combined garden tup and bath. I did not want to feel confined (and in the dark) as I would with most shower curtains. This is not treated with an anti mildew agent and is pretty flimsy.I ordered this by mistake thinking it was what I ordered in the past.Get the Martex No Mildew one instead.Will last for a year or more: heavy duty, mildew treated and reinforced hook holes.

I didn't think I could get excited about a shower curtain, however this is a great product. It is huge (I needed extra length). It solved my water spillage issues, it lets an abundance of light in, whilst maintaining privacy. It is very high quality, and it has stayed bright white for the last year without washing. It is also heavy enough to stay where its put and not be attracted to other objects/people by static electricity. Well worth the money.

I hate thick shower curtains that block all the light out of the shower, but I want a good anti-mildew curtain. This was an excellent solution. Also, it can be used as a liner with a fabric shower curtain.
Overall, great construction and has stayed mildew-free.

Clown Fish ''NEMO'' - Shower Hooks - set of 12
These hooks are in no way "Finding Nemo" shower curtain hooks at all. They are just regular old Clown Fish. There is nothing cartoonish or "Disney" about them. They are nowhere near what I expected. I kept them anyway because I hate returning things and all the waiting that goes with it. I will never shop at Lines4Less ever again. They lied to me. They duped me into thinking these were "Finding Nemo" hooks. I will be buying real "Finding Nemo" shower curtain hooks very soon. They just plain out-and-out ripped me off.

Just wanted to say that despite a previous review saying these are "in no way finding nemo," they are. They look very much like Marlin, with the eyes and everything. They don't look like normal clownfish, they look like Marlin (Nemo's Dad) from the Disney movie Finding Nemo. I am very happy with them and so are my kids. Even my 5 and 3 year old recognized them as Nemo's dad.

Normally I shy away from buying products with no reviews, but I took a chance with this one and I'm so glad I did! The color is exactly as pictured and it makes a nice addition to my bathroom. I first used it without a liner and it was fine, but I prefer to double up. It works great and I have no complaints, but it would have been an added bonus if they added a little magnet in the corner like my old shower curtain had. No worries though, it still works fine without it.

Wow what a difference !It gives you so much more room in the shower compared to a straight bar.I thought it would stick out to far on the outer side but it doesn't.You can install the brackets as far in
as you need them to go, so you don't shrink your bathroom size.Our toilet is right next to the shower and there is still plenty of room.
It was Very easy to install.I do suggest a cordless screwdriver or cordless drill.
JUST A NOTE : In the direction booklet it says to measure 65 inches up from the tub to place the brackets. IGNORE THAT INSTRUCTION, USE YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS
WHERE YOU WANT YOUR BAR TO BE. IT WILL BE MUCH EASY TO INSTALL AND LOOK BETTER TOO !
The only negative thing if any, is that it is an extension rod. So where the two bars connect the rings get caught on the lip like all extension rods.You can put a type of washer there
like I did because they don't give you any kind of rod connect cover.
But Overall It is a wonderful product.Made well.Boxed right.I'm giving it 5 stars for quality and ease of installation.

I loved this rod at first.I have a very tiny bathroom and it really helped open up the shower without taking up any other usable bathroom space.I loved it until it started rusting like crazy! Out of the box this rod was quite easy to install, although you will need to look at the wall anchors to see what size drill bit to use.I liked the fact that it is adjustable because I don't have to be perfect. The downside to this is the adjusting flanges overlap so you get a little curtain catch. My advice is to think which way you open your curtain before putting the bar up for least resistance. I'm a man with rather broad shoulders and ever since I installed this shower bar, I no longer hit my shoulders or elbows on the curtain. The end result was okay, but it took two of us, one of whom is an experienced finish carpenter, to put it up.It took a surprisingly long time to put up.
This comes with drywall anchors, but the instructions don't tell you what size drill bit to use for them.In any case, the ones provided were cheap and cheesy we used our own.The teensy eensy Allen wrenches were horrible to use.You're working up against the wall, so you can only get a half turn in at most.The wrenches are so small you can't get a decent grip.And that was really a problem because one of the screws (or the sleeve it went into) had a threading defect.It was fine for the first half of the tightening, then it became a Charles Atlas challenge to finish the tightening.
