Make sure to buy a clear plastic liner of course so you won't have puddles of water all over your bathroom after every shower lol, but this looks really good.

Zenith Builder Series Screw Mount Shower Rod, Chrome, 60 Inches
This shower rod turned out to be better than I expected especially for the price.Didn't have to run out to get any mounting hardware, as it's all included.The rod is just as nice as those we saw at our local Walmart and Menards stores only this one was considerably cheaper and the quality is just as good.Glad I bought it!
The description says "chrome", and it looks like it's grey in the photo, but the rod itself is more of a galvanized finish. Not as dull and ugly as galvanized, but certainly not "chrome". The ends and the screws are chromed, though. Much shinier than the photo, oddly enough. Of course it's solidit's screwed to the wall. It should last for as long as you want it to, but I DO have to remove a star for the bar itself not being a chrome finish as advertised. If you want something more solid than a pressure-fit rod at a great price, here it is. If you're looking for a brilliantly shiny, eye-catching chrome rod, keep looking.

Perfect fit, nice and tight tension rod, it stays where it is put and is easy to use.ready setReceived this product and noticed right away that the rod was dented in several places and also slightly bent. When I opened it up and tried to extend the rod, which based on the product description is a brass telescoping rod: 28-48-Inch, which can be twisted to increase or decrease the width, I was unable to extend the rod at all. I attemepted to twist it and pull it and only succeeded in pulling off the plastic tips at the end. This product is very poorly made and does not work at all. I will not be purchasing this brand ever again and I advise you do the same.

I bought this shower curtain and some of the accessories and had them for over two years before we got around to remodeling our bathroom and just recently put them up.I was able to achieve a spa-like feeling which is just what I wanted.I added solid towels in a silver-sage, and a light wall color that is a pale tinted blue-green (just enough to tell it's colored and not white).Brushed nickel fixtures, a curved shower bar, a bevel-edge medicine cabinet, medium-dark cabinets, and light travertine floor bring it all together.We may be moving and selling our house in the next year or so--if we do, I'll be buying another one of these shower curtains to have in our next house.As for the review suggesting this is "not really a shower curtain," not all shower curtains are made with a waterproof backing.It doesn't mean it's not a shower curtain: you simply add an inexpensive liner.I prefer the look with a separate liner, where the liner itself is inside the tub and the pretty shower curtain hangs outside.It also saves wear and tear on the shower curtain--when the liner gets too worn and stained from hard water deposits, simply toss it for a cheap replacement.
The fabric has a nice hand to it, and is good quality.I love it and highly recommend it.

I was looking for a bath collection with the uniquely pretty and elegant look to it, and I found it in this "Spa Leaf" collection. The pictures truly do not do justice to the quality of the shower curtain, which is in soft blue and green tones that don't show up on many photos, and which has a cotton content that gives it a rich feel and texture. The hooks are enchantingly elegant too! The companion bathroom accessories (e.g. tumbler, dispenser) are also beautiful and understated, with a cream background. These are lovely shower hooks. The colors are muted and the designs are intricate and lovely. Will look good in anyone's bathroom. I, however, will be using them to hang a curtain across my closet since I really don't have room for doors.

Every day, I walk in the bathroom and see this beautiful shower curtain.And then smell the strong chemical smell that hasn't abated even a little bit since I hung it up weeks ago.The exhaust fan is on high and I opened the window for a couple of days to see if that would help, but it still stinks.It didn't occur to me to wash it first, but I guess that's what I should have done.For the money, it's worth having a pretty, light-colored shower curtain, but the hassle of taking it down, washing it, and putting it back up again will really take more time and energy than I have.
Anyone else notice this horrible smell?

The color combination is nothing close to the acutal item.
The picture appears to light hues of gold, beige, blue, and green.
The color of the item that arrived was dark blue, dark green, dark grey, and yellow-green.

5 ft. Curved Shower Rod - Brushed Nickel
I got this product because the rod was one piece, whereas all the other ones I was seeing in the store were "adjustable", made in 2 pieces.I had a small walk-in shower doorway to span so I had to cut it down, cutting equal amounts off of each end.Easy Install.And I must say the swivel rod ends and the wall hardware are Very Heavy Duty.Rod is thin metal tubing, oval for added stability, but it's not like your gonna be doing chin-ups on it.
It is amazing how much bigger my shower space seems with a curved shower rod.If you have big family members, it is a must have.This one is very stable, too.Definitely recommend a rod that needs to be anchored than the kind you wedge in.

After visiting my local Lowes & Home Depot and being unimpressed with their selection of only adjustable rods, I ordered 2 of these for bathroom remodels.Shipping was quick, packaging was good and instructions were simple yet direct.If you follow the directions, installation will be simple.Word of caution though:if at all possible, don't use the giant screw-type drywall anchors that come with this unit.If your drywall is even slightly brittle or you apply too much pressure while screwing them in, you could wind up punching it straight through the wall.I did that with the first one (luckily it still grabbed the wall a bit), but then switched to the regular drill-first-then-hammer-in anchors but still used the supplied screws.A few positive things to note:
rod is made for 5' (wall-to-wall) but has about 3' of total play where it slides into the brackets before you have to start cutting.Mine fit perfectly.
Brackets and rod are very sturdy and the wall anchors (like I said, use your own for drywall) will hold the whole setup rigid.
Brushed nickel finish is good quality and seems like it will last a long time.It also matches other brushed nickel accessories exactly.
Oval rod is a nice switch from regular round.
Simple to install with a level, phillips screwdriver, drill, hammer and ruler.
Some negatives probably not even worth mentioning:
Although you can hardly see them when everything is installed, the bracket screws are not brushed nickel.
There will be a small gap where the rod goes into each bracket to allow for the set screw to clamp the rod.I only noticed this when installing.Not so much when installed.
Bottom line you will really like this unit over the adjustable ones they sell at Lowes or Home Depot.The curtain hooks will not snag since it's a one-piece unit and it gives a very refined look to even the smallest bathroom.This is a great unit for the money.Also, take my negative comments how you will.Just know that I'm the guy that will buy everything possible for my bathroom remodel in quality brushed nickel, even the toilet valve.Yeah, I did that.

this is not one of those cheap two piece box store styles.One piece usually no cutting needed install...the small allen screws can be a pain so be carefull not to strip them but other than that this is an excellent finish and build quality

Apparently I have an oversized shower enclosure at 62". I bought this unit figuring that's pretty close to 5', so it would probably fit. Wrong.
I rigged up a solution by jamming some tubing inside the shower rod to support it at the flanges, but when they say 58.5", they mean it.
It's not adjustable, it's a single hollow steel rod. This makes it quite a bit sturdier than some of the flimsy adjustable rods I've seen, and the supports are well designed so that once installed they will not budge or move around. They also have little bumps on the top so that the final shower ring on each end of the rod can slide over and stays put while you're showering a nice design touch.
Just make sure you measure first!

InterDesign Long Shower Curtain Liner, Clear 72" by 84"
My husband is very tall so we placed our shower rod high AND we chose to use a curved shower rod in our newly remodeled bathroom--both choices caused our regular shower curtain liner to be too short and nearly come out of the tub--not good when its purpose is to keep the water in the shower and not spilling or splashing outside the tub. I was thrilled to find this extra long shower curtain, that it was clear but not expensive. We have been using it for over a month now and we are very pleased. Funny thing though it was too long and I had a trim a few inches off the bottom of it which made us lose the magnets at the bottom but since it is long enough the loss of magnets are not a problem. We are thankful to have found this useful item. :-)

I have had this now for about four weeks. Absolutely perfect for my tall curved shower rod. Plastic smell was noticable but not as overwhelming as described by another purchaser. Heavier than typical shower liners and as a result appears to be more reliable. I live in Humid Houston, Texas and have not noticed a drop of mold buildup after about a month of use. The picture does not do this shower curtain justice. It looks like a sludge gray/tan, probably because it's hard to photograph an almost invisible sheet of crystal clear vinyl. Our curved shower curtain rod is 87" off the bathroom floor. This 84" long curtain is the perfect length.We have an ivory linen fabric curtain outside the tub and we love the way this transparent liner lets the light filter through. The curtain is "super heavy, commercial weight". It feels quite sturdy and holds up well. The magnets at the bottom are powerful enough to grab and hold in place. The metal grommets at the top are strong & rust proof.Tip: The care instructions say, "Wash in cold water. Only Hang to Dry". Pay attention to the "Only Hang to Dry" part. Our hard water had left some spots, so I took the curtain down & washed it in cold water on gentle cycle. No problem. However, then I figured I'd just pop it in the dryer on a very low temperature to smooth it out...WRONG! The thing stuck together like a beach ball made of duct tape! I tossed it and spent $10 to buy the same curtain as a replacement.

These are good, and it wasn't easy to find liners this long, so I'm generally happy with them. But I do with they wouldn't blow in quite so much. If they were thicker or if they had more magnets at the bottom, I think they'd stay put a little better. Still, I will probably buy these again unless I find something for equal price that works better.
