Rings are a clear plastic color so it goes with any shower curtain.They were a little difficult to loop on and didn't lock shut, but they haven't come off or had any problems with then.I wish they had a better way to lock.

These work fine, for the most part.Once a week or two, one will come unsnapped, allowing the curtain to fall out and sag in that location.

These shower curtain rings are fine for curtains with large slits in them for holes. I purchased these to use with a shower curtain and a liner (Maytex No More Mildew Shower Curtain Liner, Clear). While the holes in my shower curtain were large enough to fit these rings, the liner holes were pretty small and can only fit on the part of the ring that snaps together. To better explain this, take a very close look at the picture. You can see that the ring is uniform in width throughout except for a very small section. This section is how you open and close the ring it's a simple snap mechanism. However, it was difficult for me to get these to work with the liner.

These do work fine, and it's probably my fault for failing to take the hole size into account. I docked one star because of this issue since pulling the shower curtain from side to side tends to dislodge the liner at one end because the snaps aren't that solid. But this would only be an issue in my case. In general, I think the snaps would be fine if the weight of your curtain and liner didn't have to rest directly on them.
