I purchased this rod because it advertised as "rust resistant". This claim is a total fraud. My bathroom is not humid, I have plenty of other brushed nickel fixtures installed and none of them have any sign of rust. This rod started to exhibit signs of erosion after two weeks! Now after two months it has many rust spots, and the screws are completely rusted. the company that makes it should be sued for false advertisement. It's also difficult to install. Total waste of money.

Previously I had a glue-on curved shower rod from target but that one was awful.
I got this for one of my bathroom and I have the Moen brand double shower rod in my second bathroom. I like that one better. Mainly because the curtain on the rod towards the shower goes further right and the Moen has a way of covering the screws so they can't be seen.
The dry wall mounting hardware that comes with this didn't work. I ended up buying better anchors but it was frustrating having to run to the hardware store in the middle of the job.

This curtain rod does the job. I no longer have to worry about the curtain falling to the floor in the middle of my shower. It screws right into the tile firmly, and it's sturdy so I expect it to be there forever if we choose. Our daughter has commented about the link area where the rod can expand. As one metal piece slides into the other and allows the expansion, she has difficulty getting it to slide smoothly. I have to admit, so do I. But being a taller and stronger person,I have enough leverage and can apply enough energy so that it crosses that physical hump without a problem.This rod is also quite versatile allowing us to use the second bar as a towel rack when we have visitors and to separate the curtain liner from the shower curtain allowing more air flow and probably making it less likely to have mildew.

My husband purchased a rod like this (single bar) at a local wholesale store a year or more ago.We remodeled our bathroom to include the laundry since our home is the 70's style with the laundry downstairs in the basement.We purchased the newer front loading machines and were not able to enclose them with doors because of their enormous size.Although I love my new washer and dryer, I do not want for everyone to have to look at them when they walk through the bathroom.This rod was a bright light and has worked wonders because of the curve.Imoved the single bar in front of the shower to over the washer and dryer and the double bar to above the shower.I have placed the heavy duty clear liner on the most inside bar and the decorative curtain on the outer bar.This allows me to close the clear liner, keep the decorative pulled back so I can keep my baby in the bathroom with me and he can still see me.Above the washer and dryer, I was able to hang at the furthest point out, and because of the curve it allows the curtains to gently cover the washer and dryer without looking like we are trying to hide something!Please note that Zenith is the best!Other curved rods do not extend as far as this brand.the other brands are also not near as durable.I have small children that for some unknown reason decided to swing on the curtains and all was well, however I do not encourage those actions.The only thing I do wish is for Zenith to readily stock other finishes as I would have rathered a darker finish!All in all, I say yes to this great invention!Save 29% Off

I ordered this curtain expecting it to match with my earth-toned nature-influenced decor, which it did beautifully.To my disappointment however, the cut edges of the fabric continuously fray, leaving me to wonder just how long this curtain will remain intact.Also disappointing was the weight of the curtain.It is quite a featherweight, thus it tends not to hang as well as the higher quality, heavier shower curtains out there.One BIG plus is that it is machine washable, which if you have ever had a dry clean only shower curtain as I did just before this curtain, you will understand that this wins this particular shower curtain major brownie points.Overall, great looking shower curtain, just don't expect it to last forever

I'm very pleased with my shower curtain. The picture, however, is not accurate at least on my computer. It's much more vibrant than it appears in the pic, and a little more vibrant than I was hoping for. But the colors are right for my bath so I'm fine with it. The weight and overall quality is very nice and it's weighted on the bottom to help it stay in place. Plus, it's $10 cheaper here than at Target! I've never used a 100% polyester shower curtain before. I usually get 100% cotton so this purchase was kind of a shot in the dark. I really liked the print in the picture so I ordered it. It is really nice! It has a type of waffle texture up close and the print is very nice. It will be very easy to clean and looks so spa-like and comfortable. It really brightens up my dark bathroom. I also got a teak bathroom mat so it is really comfortable in my bathroom now and I completely recommend this item :)

The curtain I purchased was slightly less thick than the previous mildew resistant curtain that I had purchased. This shower curtain lasted us almost a year with very little mildew.It was thicker and more opaque than other shower curtains which was a plus for me.It's advertised as clear, but there is a very slight texture to the material which makes it not quite clear.I think the texture is part of the anti-mildew effect, since I have seen the smae texture on other, more expensive anti-mildew curtains. The grommets were of good quality and never ripped or tore.I am a very lazy housekeeper.I wash the tile surfaces of my shower, but rarely (if ever) wash the curtain.After about 5 months of this treatment, mold began to appear in the folds of the curtain.Since my shower is not very long, there were many folds.I would occasionally spray a bleach solution on the mildew and that solved the problem for a few months.I had to replace the curtain after using it for 11 months.

This is a great shower curtain.The gray has a slight shimmer to it so it is almost silver, but not so much as to be gaudy.It's polyester, so not fancy, but definitely washable.It does say on the package or tag that it should be used with a liner it would definitely let water through if used without.
I like the look of the shower curtain but the material wrinkles easily.I hope it washes nicely.I expect that it will,it is made of polyester.

I didn't use these for a shower, I may as well say. I used them for curtains in a music studio, and even so, they are soft, have a very thin striped texture, nice and well constructed, and no significant smell either. The color is just like the picture on amazon. A step, if not two, up from the vinyl curtains. I had a hard time finding a plain white shower curtain. This one looked good online, but its so hard to tell. It ended up being really nice its a good weight, looks nice and clean in the bathroom. Has a ribbed texture but its pretty simple. I like it a lot.

Love the idea of non-vinyl shower curtain, but this was SO lightweight that the slightest breeze pushed the curtain in on me in the shower--even when I "stuck" it to the wall with water.Needs a weighted bottom hem.
This liner isn't vinyl, so it's healthier and doesn't smell like chemicals right out of the package. It's weighted with little magnets so it stays in place. I highly recommend this liner.

One of the reasons I chose this particular shower curtain was the other reviews. I was looking for a curtain that could compliment a western theme bath and it does this well without being femine or too western cutesy. One of the reviews stated it had gold in the stripes, it has none, its tans and browns so if your relying on having the "Gold" compliment any thing, the review is inaccurate. The picture is pretty accurate to the colors. Fabric is not as heavy as your more expensive shower curtains but its not cheapy either. My husband likes it and for the price, the value is pretty good.

I smile every time I walk into my upstairs bath now.This is a beautiful addition to my attempts to make a stark bathroom be more warm and inviting.I'll be uploading a picture when I'm done writing this review I don't think the one provided does this curtain justice.
If you had asked me a year ago if I would ever buy such a bold and "wild" design shower curtain, I'd have laughed.Then at Christmas, my husband got me a little bundle of brightly colored wash cloths because he heard me grumbling that when I wash my face twice a day with Ponds, I'm forever running out of wash cloths.He saw a little bundle of 12 at the store and thought it would make a nice stocking stuffer.
That was an inspiration for me... and I was off and running to redecorate the bathroom "around" those cloths (which are visible in the picture I'll upload).
What I LOVE about this curtain is that there are many more colors in it than are obvious in the pictures... like the deep eggplant purple is obvious in the large dots, but what you don't see as well are the much brighter shades of purples & pinks in the little curlycues drawn through some of the dots.The vibrancy of some of those colors is lost in the picture.

I can't speak to the water resistant quality of this curtain I use it with an oversized liner so I have no experience with water pouring directly on the curtain itself.

The curve is not so much that it hits my small bathroom's door, but it still adds a sense of extra space with the curtain drawn.My wife said we (she) were fine with the old "straight" shower curtain rod we had.This "curved" rod has given me the shoulder room I wanted and make it easier for me to move in the shower and enjoy it.
We had read other reviews on this shower rod and it was dead on as the other reviewers said. This is a very strong, well made rod. This is the commercial one piece type that is used in hotels. My husband was impressed with the quality of the rod and the machined parts. It went up very easy and there was no problems. We love, love, love, this rod.
