Based on the reviews, I ordered this shower curtain. It is certainly not a waffle weave. I did notice that one reviewer called it a waffle print. If it had replicated a waffle weave, that might have been OK, but this wasn't close.

Was very disappointed with shower curtain. As other reviewers commented, fabric is not a true "waffle weave". Large weave is very loose and pulled in several places when ironing very gently (and could not get the wrinkles out). Have not washed yet but do not imagine it will hold up well given the poor quality of the fabric.If you want that classic spa look with a nice small tight waffle weave, keep looking.

I've never been a fan of shower curtains, thinking they always looked tacky.These ones are spa quality cotton and the waffle print doesn't have one single ounce of tacky in it.You have to get a shower curtain liner so that it doesn't get wet I got a great vinyl one which keeps all water in the shower where it should be, and doesn't get all static-y.
