Levolor A7004213352 Oval Tension Rod

It works nicely it has a philips setscrew that anchors a stiff coil spring at whatever length you set, so you can get whatever force is required to hold the rod in place.

There is such a thing as being "too flexible."This tension rod extends 28" to 38".Great.Now if only it would STAY at the selected length.

To set the length, lay the tension rod on a flat horizontal surface, slide the ends to the desired length, loosen the screw with a Phillips head screwdriver, slide the spring and screw to meet the end of the rod, then tighten the screw.

After two days of opening and closing your curtains, you can expect that the screw will have loosened and the curtains and tension rod will fall down.At that point, please repeat the procedure for setting the length and re-hang the curtains.

As a bonus, every time the rod comes down, the rubber ends fall off, so you can plan on spending another half hour or so hunting for the rubber ends beneath your refrigerator or couch.

I'm so excited that I bought five of these so I can keep doing this over and over and over again, nearly every day in fact!That is so awesome. (Note: sarcasm.)

easy assembly. and it works if assembled properly. two things though.... 1. i wish it had a plastic ring around the sharp edge so the curtain wouldnt get stuck on it. 2. if you do puchase this product and wish to use it, use a tiny piece of wax paper between the wall and the rod ends. makes for easier removal.... you know how stuff tends to get stuck to paint it's been there too long? other than that, it does it's job.

Nice-looking starter bathroom set. Its plastic (so nothing special), but looks good and the price is right. Soap dispenser pump did not work contacted manufacturer who quickly stated that they would send a new one, but have yet to get it (going on 10business days).

If you've read any of my other reviews, you probably think I like everything! But that's not the case. I was really disappointed in this set. The color is right, but the gold piece around the top is not securely fastened to the item, so you have to keep putting it back. That in itself wouldn't be enough for me to complain, but the drinking cup has a sharp edge on the gold trim which I had to avoid every time I drank out of it. One of the items is a toothbrush holder -and who uses those any more? Most of us use electric toothbrushes, so I took the top off that and use it as a drinking cup.

Like the directions say, just spray and go. Dark areas in the grout on the tile floor, tile counter and tile in the shower that I thought were dirt, weren't, they were mildew or other living things. I know this because I sprayed those areas and it is all nice and sparkley clean and white now.

I didn't find the odor to be that bad, certainly better than other products I have tried. I go back later and rinse off those areas and the odor goes away completely.

This product line is not available in the box stores I went to. I guess it is the shady thing about buying shelf space, or not, rather than the worth of the product. I did find it in a small independent department store that carries good stuff.

after shopping around I picked this rod out because it was the best deal, it includes all the hardware needed to install. the rod is strong and attractive. only problem I have with it and it may be an operator's glitch is when the two main poles are flush with each other it is a lot longer than the 66" it is advertised as.

The rod is inferior metal, bends easy w/just a bit of weight on it.Don't use this rod for anything close to the 120 inch width.It bows in the middle and there's no way to keep the rod together, doesn't screw together, etc.

BEAUTIFUL ROD SET.I purchased 2 of these rod sets, wanted double layered curtain finish.Also purchased the Levolor 54564.012 Double Brackets with Adjustable Projection.Didn't want any mismatches in coloring and dimensions.These brackets are beautiful for double rod curtains.

It's mentioned that these brackets are adjustable for 3/4'' 1''. The rod is too small, so where the rod sits in the bracket the screws can't reach the rod to make it hold in place. To correct the situation we put 3/4'' transparent hose (inside diameter of the hose) on the rod in the areas where the rod and the brackets meet to make it thicker, that solved the problem.Now the rod is tightened in place and cannot move. I was surprised since they are both Levolor products and that they don't combine correctly.

If you purchase the rod set for a simple curtain rod you will not encounter this problem.

End result is beautiful.Even thought this inconvenience, I'm overall Very Satisfied with the products.

Paris, France Shower Curtain

Arrived on time and good quality curtain. The only negative is that the picture shows it as brown, sepia, when in reality the shower curtain is black and white. After I ordered the shower curtain, I went out and bought dark brown bath rugs to match it, and now I have brown and black bathroom (ew). The picture needs to be re-taken so the color is accurate.

This was a great product! It smells a little at first when you open it but just leave it on your porch for about five or ten minutes and its fine. It looks just like the picture and its really pretty, you will not be disappointed!

This Parisian Shower curtain is the perfect touch! After getting the wrinkles out with the shower steam, and adding a magnetic curtain liner to go on the inside of the tub (since the graphic extends below the tub), it's perfect! Luckily, I have a big bathroom so I can keep the curtain closed when not in use, so the graphic can always be seen-if you have a small bathroom you might feel a little closed in with it being closed all the time.

I am not complaining because I achieved the look I wanted, in my budget.I accepted a certain level of quality would be compromised at my price point. I purchased this off Ebay for a kids/ guest bath and I didn't want to spend $$$ on a similar one from Anthropologie. This price was WAY better, but the curtain is a little odd. There were 2 black ink pen looking marks on it, exactly at eye level and another small tan stain. Not too noticeable, but still odd for "new". Then as I'm putting it up, I realize there are 11 button holes for the shower curtain rings. There are supposed to be 12. We have a very standard tub and so, once again, not that big of a deal, but worth mentioning. There are also a few of stray/ loose strings of the hemmed part of the ruffles, that I have to trim. You can't pull them b/c they just unravel and unravel. So, for $20 plus free shipping, I am delighted with it. But everyone else should know this item is pretty cheaply made and is OK as long as you don't inspect too closely. Fortunately my curtains aren't heavily used so I don't anticipate needing to wash it often, because it seems like it would fall apart if not hand washed. Also-this is not a criticism, just an observation: The ruffles are sheer. NOT cotton tiers. There is a small gap between each tier where you can see the band of fabric it is sewn on. Does that make sense? The ruffles do not quite overlap one another. I know "voile" means sheer, but I wanted to mention it in case someone else was expecting more of a cotton non see through material. You need a liner. Overall, I am happy.

Love this shower curtain! I almost bought one that looks the exact same from Anthropologie, but had a hard time paying $100 for it. After doing some research I found this curtain and ordered it instead. You will need to buy a white solid liner. Highly recommend.

I bought this curtain for a bathroom whose window is half into the shower/bathtub.My window measures 34 x 50, which seems to be a fairly normal size.Since a good portion of the window is guaranteed to get wet (and has been getting wet for years because my mother didn't want to fix up the bathroom), I wanted something that would protect what's left of the wooden frame now that the house is my responsibility (think of the movie The Money Pit).This curtain is very nice, and as another reviewer mentioned it has a nice diamond pattern on it and is somewhat shimmery.I bought the light blue curtain, and it's sheer enough that it lets the light in very well.When it gets wet most of the water beads on the surface, and then dries very quickly.You get two panels that are 34 x 54 inches, but I only used one panel to cover the entire window (only the bottom half of our window is frosted so if I had used both then the neighbors would get quite a show if we forgot to close them when in the bathroom).This way I also have an extra panel to put in when washing one.I found that both panels were pretty much the same length (maybe a few centimeters off, sorry for switching measurements mid-review), though since I wasn't using both it didn't matter to me if they matched or not.One of the panels did have some strange stitches on the part that's inserted in the rod, but I just cut those threads off because the normal stitching was underneath, it was just some extra stitching.I kept that one as the panel to temporarily use when washing the main one.It comes with two tie backs which are very nice, but which I won't be using.It looks pretty plain on my window since it's just a piece of fabric that covers the window, but I prefer protect the wooden frame than worry about the decor.In the future I may look into getting a valance just to dress it up, but for now it's pretty, functional, and works for me.I took off one star because of the strange extra stitching it had, but overall I recommend it.

Heavy Duty - Satin Nickel Roller Shower Curtain Rings - Set of 12 RollerRingsTM

After reading all the glowing reviews here, I was convinced that this is the best thing since sliced bread and ordered a set of rings.

I received the set a couple of days ago (fast delivery!) and the first thing I noticed was that some of the words on the packaging were manually blacked out with a marker, and try as I might, I couldn't decipher what was once printed underneath. This left me a little puzzled and made me wonder what someone had tried to hide, but it wasn't a big deal.

After I opened the package, I saw that the rings had little nicks and dark spots on them (from rubbing on each other in the package?). Those were not visible after I hung the curtain, of course, and no one will *ever* look that closely at my curtain rings again, but it detracted a little from my excitement.

Here's how they work: they are crimped on both sides of the sliding balls, to keep them in place, and the bottoms of the rings open like safety pins to let you attach the curtain, which is pretty good design. Can't speak to their durability, since I just got them, but I'm really hoping they won't rust.

UPDATE: I've had them up for about a year now, and not only is there no sign of rust, but they look and work exactly the same as when I put them up.

I hung them on my curtain rod and then attached the curtain. It was fast and easy, as expected. The curtain now moves smoothly, although not *that* much better than when it was on traditional rings, and certainly not as if carried by angel wings, which some of the exuberant reviews here made me believe. I was a little worried about the "metal on metal" sliding sound several reviewers specifically mentioned, but that's barely there.

All in all, it's a good product and somewhat of an enhancement over the standard rings. It looks fine, too, although don't expect anything breathtaking.

These work so well I love them.If you are looking for something that will allow your curtains to glide back and forth when you want them to, these will do that.

After reading the reviews I was certain that these shower rings were the solution to my problem. These are so so great!! The curtain does not get hung up on the rod, the curtain and liner do not bunch up, and it is much easier to roll back into place. The bathroom looks so neat. I purchased these satin nickel rings to go with an extended moen shower rod. The combination is super functional and looks great. Put both my liner and the curtain on the rings, held them both with no problem. Would buy again in a heartbeat!!!

Kikkerland 20,000 Leagues Shower Curtain, 72-Inch by 72-Inch

Be forewarned: this item is really more of a fluorescentgreen, almost fluorescent yellow.It makes the design a bit harder to take in, and sure wakes you up first thing in the morning. You'll never have trouble finding your shower again. Plus, if you cut out a hole for your head, it'll make a highly visible emergency poncho. So...two points for disaster preparedness.

Another con: It's about double the thickness of a disposable plastic tablecloth. The loopholes are just thicker vinyl, so if you grab it to catch your balance it looks like it might tear. I don't generally swing from my shower curtain, but if you do, FYI, you're going to need a different curtain.

I don't think I would have bought this if I'd seen it in person, but I bought a vintage "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" poster, so I'm kind of committed at this point.

The shower curtain is even brighter in person than it is in photos. It is a cool design, but the material seems of a lower quality in that it is very thin. In effect, you're paying a premium for the style so, if you don't mind style over substance and can be careful not to damage the curtain, this may well be worth it.As another reviewer noted, there is a strong fragrance when opening the package, but note that this is the same "new plastic" odor you'd experience with like products.

There is not much to reviewing this item.It is a shower curtain, plastic and quirky.The 2 main disappointments in purchasing this item are the following:

1) The color DOES NOT MATCH the image.While the picture presents a somewhat subdued and grassy green, the actual item is a bright fluorescent-esque green.Nearer to neon and translucent.It just appears much brighter than expected, which for some, could make no difference.For me it did.

2) Stink Bomb!Everyone mentions the smell.This is also objective and I paid little attention to the comments because I said to myself, "How bad can it be?"We've probably all gotten items from Chinese manufacturering that has an odd smell but this one is BOMB.It really made me dizzy and after deciding to let it air out on the patio instead, the smell still lingered in the bath for 30 mins even though it only spent 5 minutes in there.Do not underestimate the smell, it is potent.But I am hoping it goes away within a few days, as many reviewers have said.

Otherwise, it is a shower curtain. Cheaply made with and funny design.Quite self-explanatory.

Not only is it the aforementioned awesome and more, but I'd like to counter two points made in other reviews.

1. The smell dissipates with a little time, just like any fresh plastic needs to air out

2. Although the curtain is thin, it is actually slightly stretchy, which makes it far more durable than the much thicker, but rigid, plastic of my last curtain. It's hard to describe the plastic exactly, except that it is definitely a common marine plastic, not glossy or slippery, it's more matte and grippier.

Also, I'd just like to mention that it really lit up our small bathroom and made it feel roomier.

Definitely recommend now that I know they're durable, I'll probably buy the psycho one and switch them out with the seasons (as if psycho and 20,000 leagues somehow matches the seasons! hah!)

They are ok towels.Honestly, nothing super special except cool to have for a big fan.The logos are iron on type and the towels are just cheaply type towels.The big one is a decent size for the kitchen.More of a novelty item than a use or quality type thing to have.Even though only $13 the cost is for the NFL logo, otherwise they would be $5 max. It was a gift for friends I watch football with and they were stoked on them :)

When I read the reviews for this product, one in particular talked about how bad the shower curtain stunk.And while I was apprehensive, I liked the product too much so I figured I would take a chance.Once the product arrived, I thought I was going to be kicking myself because it did STINK.Horribly.Like, I'm worried I might have cancer now from breathing the smell in STINKY.And although it was a horrifying experience and I'm sure the stuff I was breathing in is not good for me, I put on the bathroom fan and left the shower curtain up.After about a day or a day and a half, the smell dissipated and no longer exists.Now, my bathroom is smell free with a super-cute shower curtain!!!Overall, love the product, the color, the design.

I was not happy with this shower curtain. It's too thin.The liner is twice as thick as the curtain!! It blows around while you're taking a shower,which I find obnoxious. So not worth 16 dollars. Will steer clear of Kikkerland from now on. A really cool concept though.

Even after two weeks this curtain still emits a strong and nauseating chemical odor. That is a sign of VOC's (volatile organic compounds) coming off the product. These chemicals are toxic. Unless you do not mind being poisoned, get something else. If this company had any conscience, it would not make a product that emits such noxious fumes that poison people and the environment. Don't take my word for it. Do an internet search for VOC's and survey the science behind this. You will find objective empirical evidence that such chemicals are toxic. Protect yourselves, and do not endorse this company's reprehensible products.

I've read some of the reviews for this before I bought it, and was a little worried. Yes, it does smell a little when it's first opened, but it really isn't that bad. It smells plastic-y, as it should. But it is so worth it. This is the happiest shower curtain I've ever had. It's obnoxiously yellow like in the picture, but just sheer enough so the light comes through it, which makes your bath tub seem kind of sunny. Also, the yellow submarine print makes me happy because I love the Beatles. And it didn't "fly out" at me or try to stick to me like some people have said.

I just got this curtain and I love it. It's bright yellow but in a bright cheery way. Not overly fluorescent.

The curtain is no thinner than the one I had previously, which has held up for months. I was a bit rough with it while putting it up, as a test, and there was no sign that it was too fragile. I'll keep it updated.

The smell is nothing I would consider noxious. Its the same smell as any plastic shower curtain has. Not overly pungent.
