These are AWESOME curtains. I did have to wash them twice and hang them up damp. They do have a slight crinkle to the material; but by washing them twice I was able to get the deep wrinkles from packaging out. I have a shabby-chic room that I put these in and they are a perfect fit for this room design.

purchased 4 84" Panels for dining area,LOVE THEM,there were a few loose threads here & there,but no big deal,They offer adequate privacy,not 100% darkening curtains,certainly fine for privacy in a dining area,different from the same old panels.Since my home is shabby-chic,curtains are perfect! Am thinking of buying more for upstairs...I'm very happy with these curtains.
