Note that it DOES get mildewy if you don't scrub it clean relatively frequently. Threw it out and got the Maytex No More Mildew Shower Curtain Liner, Frosty 2 months and no mildew at all! Even if it lets in less light than this one.

I originally ordered this item with the intentions of getting a small bathroom set for about $22. The original picture had a shower curtain small trash can, soap dispenser and 2 small rugs for the bathroom. I looked at the picture several times and the discription included these items. The company later then took the image off of amazon and had nothing to refrence the picture back to. I e-mailed them and they told me they had no picture available and they also changed the name of the items form bathroom rugmat and accessories to bathroom rug mat. I searched under the first title several times that day and got there company. They changed the picture, discription and items they originally included, but charged the same price and then told me they dont even carry the whole collection (so why place the entire collection as a picture) no where in the discription did they specify till my little complaint what exactly the didn't offer, they only said the original above items. How misleading and devious. DO not buy with Tribeca unless you want to lose money and time.

Got these to use with my new Zenith 56-Inch to 72-Inch Adjustable Curved Rod, Chrome and it's a good match.I took a star off as the wire is a bit thinner than I'd like, but the construction seems good and it's functioning as expected.There are little wire stops that keep the roller balls in position which is hard to tell from the photos.

I like this rod it is pretty much what I expected and I was not disappointed. You have to measure and cut it to length, no big deal if you have appropriate tools. Strongly in it's favor are the fact that there is no joint near the middle of the rod for the curtain rings to hang up on. I also really like the very bright, somewhat satiny finish. Overall, it is well designed, economical, practical and good looking. One of the chrome finish plastic end pieces has adjusting threads, so you don't have to measure to perfection. There are rubber-like pads on each end for grip and to protect the finish of your wall or enclosure.

When I ordered this, I was not aware this was not a compressable rod. Be aware you will need a hacksaw to cut the rod to size. There are no instructions but you need to cut the rod about 1 3/4" shorter than the shower opening to account for the fittings. Nice polished finish.

The shipping was super quick, I received it days before the expected delivery date, it was great!Unfortunately I had to return the shower rod due to small dents at the end, hence the 4 stars, but thinking about it now.I would have had to cut off the ends anyways to adjust the size to fit my shower.I agree with the other reviews, the shower rod seemed pretty sturdy, came with all the necessary accessories/fittings.You will need to cut the shower rod to fit your shower but it is long enough to fit most showers.It is also great that there is no joint in the middle as some adjustable shower rods have them in the middle, and the shower curtain often catches on it and after some time causes much wear and tear on the shower curtain.Good price for a pretty good product.

Now, my complaint is that I didn't receive the same curtain as shown on the picture. I received a SIMILAR one with different colors on it. It was still blue but it was not the one I order. This is very disappointing. The seller should be more careful or at least ask if I wanted something similar if they were out of stock. Please be careful and double check. I would suggest calling.

I purchased this curtain because it stated that it is water repellent.I hung it up, took a shower and the curtain had soaked all the way through and I had water all over the floor outside the tub.Needless to say it does not repel water, so I used my old shower curtain on the inside and hung the Park B. Smith Dorset shower curtain on the outside, which extends to the floor.By doing this it really made my bathroom look great.Now I am only half upset about this purchase.
The Red is not subtle at all, so if you are looking to buy this particular shower curtain based on the color just be mindful the Paprika Orange is more like RED..period. Overall, hit or miss for online ordering, that said, will keep.BTW the quality is average, grommet style curtain rings are a little flimsy. Will see how this holds up in a guest bath. 3 stars for prompt delivery.
